No English spoken at all but translator helped. There was no air-conditioning but the add said there was. Didn't matter the room was very cool. Good ventilation.

i would have preferred if the room came with a mini fridge and and a microwave as we often had to throw things away due to having no way to store our food. Additionally, upon closer inspection, it would seem that the place is still being built or is nearing its completion as there is no elevator for disabled individual and a few places in the roof was not completed. The bathrooms are a bit small for most people and it should have been glass instead

The stay was spectacular as the owner of the building was very accommodating and the food was delicious. Furthermore the staff provided recommendations for tours and activities. Finally, Sabanna Inn great room service and provided water ice should you want a alchalolic beverage, whilst also being very amicable when it came to guests.

Stuff did not speak english, but was very friendly and we managed with a bit of Spanish and google translate. For any transportation question has only one answer: taxis, as they don`t know how to direct you to busses.

Very new, clean, good location, close to the Sabana bus station from Airport. Friendly stuff, the beds were better than what reviews stated.

1. The nightlamps for the bed worked very good but their decoration was broken. 2. The fan sounded like it was in need of maintenance to ensure it works safely. 3. The shower hose needs to be properly secured with a metal gauze, clamp, or a cable tie. Normal showerhead pressure ejects it and can spill a lot of water in seconds. Nothing that cannot be fixed fast and easy though :D!

1. The location is very accessible by walking or taxi during the day because of the short distance from Paseo Colón's bus stop, during the night I recommend using taxi to get there. 2. Very functional place if you have late activities within the city and prefer to stay for the night. 3. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help, also, there's always someone present during the early morning hours to receive you. 4. Services like AC and Internet worked perfectly.

If arriving late there are no optioneel for parking. They arranged parking at neighbours for too high price.

Worst nightmare. We booked because they advertised 24 h check in. When we learned we will arrived later than midnight we sent a message. They never answered. We arrived to the hotel and the rude staff there said we don’t have space. We never got a message or were informed. Worst experience. Avoid if you can.

So unprofessional. I booked this hotel 3 weeks or more in advance, then to arrive and then tell us we couldn't stay and was full. They then moved us to another hotel not as nice and had to pay more. The staff looked at us as of we hadn't made a booking

There is no elevator, had to walk to 3rd floor with bad knees. No fridge, tea or coffee, iron, in the room. No microwave in the hotel kitchen. I found nicer hotels in Central for the same price while could have saved me money on uber.

I read the poor reviews and am of the opinion that for all things considered starting with price; the critical reviewers are too english/cheap for the Hilton Hotel down the street and around the corner.
