The best years of this hotel already passed it needs a bit of refresh in the rooms.

Hotel staff was very helpful. They allowed us to leave the backpacks before check in. And also to stay in the lounge to wait for the bus to another destination. They offer access to the hot springs in their second place what makes the offer good value for money. Nice and delicious breakfast - many options to choose.

It is in the rainforest, and the rooms get a bit moldy.

I could not imagine better value than what this place offers. The rooms, while basic, were spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was amazing for it being included. The free hot springs included with your stay far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We did ask for directions and no one seemed to be able to answer us. We asked how to get out of town going towards Limon. They just said Google it or use a map app. When you are older and not use to using the internet that is not helpful. But we made it

I would have loved a small fridge to keep drinks or leftover food cold. A microwave also. But no biggie either!

Location location location! Parking can be crazy in the lil hustle and hustle awesome downtown so staying here puts you in walking distance. Security and glare closure at night so no worries about your car, helpful staff and well cared for

It was not indicated that we could order other breakfast options such as omelettes or fried eggs. The pillows are not that comfortable, not very plump. We had problems with the internet to connect and when we did connect it was slow.

The reception staff was very friendly, it was our second time and the customer service was much better. Being able to go more than one day with the thermal water passes to the partner hotel Volcano Lodge was excellent. The breakfast was tasty, and being able to self serve is excellent for those of us who eat a little more. The room was very clean, the pool was fine. Also the room space was just enough to be comfortable. It had a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Plenty of toilet paper. We were able to enter and leave at any time in car. A viewpoint on the third floor to observe the Arenal Volcano.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Bosco Inn. Not only did they have a swimming pool but we were able to use the hot springs at their sister hotel, Volcano Lodge. Fabulous breakfast. Lots of birds & butterflies attracted to the gardens :)

I seemed to get a great deal staying here for only about £30 per night. Ideal location in the town so you can walk to restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking...although it always seemed full in the evening. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff explained everything thoroughly. The pool looked nice but we didn't go in. Hummingbirds buzzed around the hotel gardens.

A little noisy because it’s in the middle of town, but it was not overbearing.

This property is worth every dollar. Clean, all-day coffee/tea, swimming pool and hot tub, observation deck, beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, hot shower, close to everything in town, passes to the thermal spa, excellent breakfast included.

In the room there is no fridge and it's a bit hot. There is a fan, but it does a lot of noise during the night.

The room was really good, spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and with lots of options. The hotel has also a big swimming pool and they gave us an entrance for the hot springs.
