Application I was only charged like 14,000 but they charged me 18,000 at the hotel and the room was not good at all it smelled very bad didn't seem to be too clean.

Although very cheap it is very basic, even more basic than it should be for the price. Very loud, on a main road with windows that don’t stop any of the noise. Bed extremely uncomfortable.

The flor was dirty, one soap for 2 people, crammed space, nothing like the photo, too much road noise, unpolite service, the reservation was for 20 doblarse they charged me 25000 colones which is more than twice the reservation value.

It‘s a sketchy Place. There was Police just a few rooms away and we didn‘t warnt to know why they were there… There was an extremely bad smell in our bathroom :( And we found hair in our bed which didn‘t belong to us.

The Location is rather central and the price was rather low. Plus an own bathroom and a shower with warm water.

The "hotel" is a brothel, we stayed for three nights got no sleep due to the constant stream of customers & associated noise. I have complained to booking.com this venue should not be advertised with them, it is located in the worst barrio of San Jose, we also had huge cockroaches in the room. Mattresses are wrapped in plastic, constant pile of dirty linen in reception linked to the hourly room occupancies.

The rooms were tiny, and it surrounding noise was extremely loud. Traffic, voices, street. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair and the water was cold. The bathroom had a damp musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold with a noisy fan. I only stayed one night and head a terrible sleep.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The initial hotel decor and design and cleanliness was good. The price was good.

The bed was Uncomfortable. The fitted sheet would not stay fitted. Had to keep refitting the sheet through the night. It is very loud there don't forget your earplugs sound proofing is not good. All hallway activity and voices were heard clearly in your room and also noises from other rooms. If every room has a very clear uncovered window above the door and everybody walks down the hallway the lights come on and your room lights room lights room lights room Lights right up almost as though someone had turned the lights on. They should at least do something about putting a cover over those clear glass windows above the doors.

The beds were not comfortable. Plus, it looked as though the sheets had not been washed. It was quite dirty. As we were trying to sleep, there were loud voices for about 3 hours, people going up and down the stairs being very loud, sometimes screaming right in front of our door.

The only good thing was the location: very close from the bus station.
