We asked to use the washing machine and were told it would be 20$usd for one load....I think this is very u reasonable. I was happy to use it myself did not expect staff to do it for me.

No sign, very hard to find. It is on the busy main street of Santa Teresa so gets a little loud after 7am. We had no issue with that but some might.

I nice place. A bit dated but good value. It is close to the beach and all conveniences. The private yard and pool is great. Fine kitchenette. Only 4 rooms so quiet around the pool.

It is close to the road which makes a lot of noise. Our AC didn’t work during the day, but was OK for the night.

It is located next to Banana beach, which is really pleasant and you are right in town with a lot of restaurants around.

The staff were all very nice. Our host was gracious enough to meet us in the late evening to check us in and give us some information upon arrival. They were also very helpful in maintaining contact for the duration of our stay. We stayed on the second floor of the cabina and it felt like a cute little treehouse getaway for us. The all day access pool was a nice bonus too.

Would have been helpful to have a few condiments in the kitchen but supermarket is nearby.

Great location, really helpful and knowledgeable host on the local area. Toilet and shower room were separate which was a benefit. Nice outdoor kitchen area. Host helped us out with any additional requests we had.

We had a great stay! If I have to find something negative I would say : the ants that crawl from under the cabina door, the lack of kitchen utensils and the cleaning lady who comes daily and is very nice but doesn't really clean the room (she only makes the bed and tidies up). Bathroom is very small.

Super location ! Nice and calm, away from the main street. A/C works well, pool is clean, bed is comfortable, room is spacious. There is also direct access to uncrowded beach. I would recommend!

There is no front desk to talk with the staff, even though you have the watsup to contact with them. Personally I find it a little bit cold for my taste. We spend 4 nights and , in my opinion they should have changed the towels at least once during our stay.

The location is ok, and given that everything in Sant Teresa is super expensive this apartment is good value for the money. Furthermore, you have an equipped little kitchen in the cabin, and there is an small pool in the common area

The location was centrally located in Santa Teresa and that’s all I have to say about what I liked but once inside it’s obvious that they cheaply and inexpensively (with poor quality craftsmanship) remodeled an old building and threw a “pool “ in and called it a rental. It looks cute in pictures, the yard looks nice but inside the room not so much. I could see light coming in from outside all the way around the door as well as a large gap underneath the door. One of the beds was pushed up against the low window and old curtains held up with a bent rusty pole, were touching the bed. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying here. Also, advertised hammocks but after check in we were told no hammocks. Asked for the password via text and didn’t get it until after we’d fallen asleep. This was the only place i struggled with on our entire trip. I’d definitely recommend one of the hostels over this place.

Was not as described! Right on a busy road. No easy Beach access. No on site parking. No safe in room. cockroaches but it is Coasta Rica. Paper thin walls. Room was changed long after reservation was made. It was a serious down grade. Water not potable. Cash only option was not presented to me until 7:30 am day of check in.

The cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient and thorough.

The room was very old and not comfortable at all. The mattress gave us really terrible back pains due to the sinking in the middle and needs replacing asap! The bathroom is old and not clean. The shower water smells like sewage and the water was not hot. Our AC also continuously kept tripping. It is not worth the stay for how expensive the cabins are.

The water from the tap smelled like cloak that I didn’t even consider to take a shower. The fan was squeaking… luckily I always have a deep sleep! For those who are noise sensitive: The rooms are next to the main road and countless motorcycles and quads would chase up and down the road around midnight. The place is dark and fortnightly I didn’t intend to prepare anything to eat in the outdoor kitchen… the few things there wouldn’t have invited me to do so.. The price was much too high for what it offers.

worst experience ever!! the room was not clean very old. not comfortable at all. the shower is so old and not clean. all the towels that they brought me to the room was not clean and with stain all over. the bedclothes was all dirty and smell bad and I need to ask the staff to change me them. one the first day there was not hot water at all and I needed to call them and they came to fix that only the day after. to take a shower I needed to press on buttons so the water will be warm. that it’s not safe and very dangerous to do that while I’m showering. I don’t recommend at all about the place. it’s to much expensive.

There was no reception in person just a welcome video in spanish. Too noisy, you can hear the main street during the night. As we were on the ground floor the room was always super dark and the bathroom didn't smell very clean

The accomodation was in general very lovely and the pool and the whole hotel area was very taking care off. The AC was very quiet and the terrace was nice. The outdoor kitchen looked very well equipped but we did not use it
