The hotel was clean. The staff are professional, friendly and competent. We typically had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Service at the restaurant was good, so was the food. The menu’s were a little limited though but I’d rather have that and good food than a larger choice with average food. The staff went above and beyond expectations when it came to helping their guests.

The polished wood and stone interior rooms are a delight! The jungle facing wall is glass with wooden slat shades and a wonderful balcony and sitting area. The lush tropical grounds are chock full of monkeys and birds. The food was superb and the staff attentive! I am going back to The Falls!

Breakfast dishes and service hit and miss. Huevos Rancheros very good. French toast uncooked and inedible. Normal toast stale and weirdly untoasted.

Excellent room, very clean, well appointed, large, quiet. Housekeeping excellent.Garden wonderful, lots of animals. Pool clean. Good position with excellent choice of local eateries including Falafel bar, bakery at El Avion. Bus outside door to park or Quepos every 15 mins.

Shower near pool had a blocked drain. Room door lock rather flimsy and irritating to use. Expensive drinks.

The apartment was brilliant, the washing machine & dryer was very handy !!!!! The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was enjoyable. The apartment was perfect, large, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The restaurant food was very good.

Breakfast was exceptional.Lots of variety and choice.Staff were superb especially at breakfast and at the bar.Happy hour is good. The local bus gets you to and from the beach at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast was delicious and ample. They were very accomodating for early breakfasts. The staff, in particular, Bryant and Alexandro, were delightful. The shower was AMAZING.

The joining rooms you could here next door neighbours speak and with the tin roofs when it rains its loud!

The rooms were great, nice and spacious. The pool and surrounding area is perfect and so gorgeous! The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast choice off menu is great but choice from the 'buffet' is minimal.

I didn’t like that we were a day late thanks to our flight being delayed so much and I didn’t like that we had to leave!

we were looking for a place to stay where we felt we were in the jungle…found it! I am not a fan of big resorts and this place where everything is only a few steps away was perfect. the pool was small…but perfect. it meant the kids could swim but we could relax by the side of the pool without any worries. the breakfast was great everyday and we enjoyed lunch and dinner at the hotel as well. The staff was friendly’

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel.

This is one of my top two favorite hotels I've ever stayed in (and I stay in lots of hotels)! It is an indescribably charming oasis in a sea of tourist attractions. We stayed for 6 days and wished we could have stayed longer. Upon arrival we were greeted with two yummy tropical cocktails, given a tour of the hotel and shown to our beautiful patio room. The hotel grounds are a hidden enclave, with a giant rain forest garden, an amazing patio and pool. The bar and restaurant open onto the pool and garden area. The food in the restaurant is amazing---definitely the best we had in Costa Rica. The staff is warm, gracious and accommodating. The pool area lends itself to making new friends, which we did. And happy hour (2 for one fancy pool cocktails) starting at 3:00 is the icing on the cake. Our room was GORGEOUS! It was large, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and so comfortable. I loved sitting on the patio in front of my room every morning and drinking my tea. I just can't say enough about this place. We might return to Costa Rica just so we can stay here again.

This was our first time staying at the Falls and it exceeded our expectations. We have to say although the hotel and landscape was beautiful customer service was number one! The staff was friendly and engaging from the time we arrived until we checked out. The restaurant is one of the best dining experiences we have had No matter what we ordered it was so delicious each dish has a unique presentation Our room was not only beautiful with lots of room it was also very comfortable and clean. The area around us was full of beautiful plants and walking around was very easy to navigate.

The Falls Resort was the perfect venue for our family vacation to Manuel Antonio. The staff and facilities are fantastic - and they provided some of the best meals in the area! The location is perfect for walking access to basic amenities and the beach, BUT the bus was affordable and easy to hop on for the trip back uphill or getting to the park and back. LOVED this place, and hope to come back again.
