Very well taken care of hotel. Beautiful gardens, clean rooms, great food. Shout out to the super friendly staff, specially Bryan who went above and beyond to share his knowledge about the local culture and all tours. Their boat trip is so wonderful, we recommend it!

Minor comment on breakfast which was pretty simple and very repetitive. Could try not to serve same warm dishes every day.

Lovely resort with lush garden, view on the river with some wildlife. Nice pool and jacuzzi to relax after busy days visiting Arenal area attractions.

Everything was great

30 min from La Fortuna, rooms were nice with balcony. The restaurant area was very nice and you could see birds feeding nearby during breakfast. We also had dinner there which was very good.

The property is really beautiful - peaceful and relaxing. Our room was great and it was lovely to be able to walk along the river and spot the wildlife. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful.

Property is well-maintained but you can notice the rooms being a little older. Bathroom vent was very loud.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. We spent new year‘s eve at Tilajari‘s and had a great time at their party at the hotel‘s restaurant. Although the menu was basically fully meat-/fish-based, the restaurant was happy to adjust certain meals to make them veggie.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Despite the property being very large, you sometimes hear the trucks from the road nearby.

Beautiful and luxury resort, very comfortable, with many facilities. It is next to a river and you can observe animals, birds. Very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent.

All was perfect

Amazing place. Surroundings, landscape, garden, nature, wildlife- fabulous. Takes from 20 to 40 minutes to get to min attractions but it’s definitely worth it as La Fortuna is noisy and highly tourists oriented. Really tranquil place. Restaurant served high starred food, it was delicious.

I did not like the size - I prefer smaller hotels, but for the price we got, it was ok (or even more than ok) to stay around more people for one night.

The hotel has all amenities you may need. I liked the fact that it was a huge property, and there was plenty of space. On another note, it was just way too crowded. This is not an intimate hotel, it is a huge conference center, so if you look for something cozy, change the address. On the other hand, it was very comfortable, clean, and with a very friendly staff, so we cannot complain.

Excellent hotel with wide green spaces and great view on the volcano. The new rooms (suites in 700s) are spacious and modern. The hotel staff and manager are very helpful and get out of their way to make the customers happy and satisfied. Highly recommended hotel, definitely will be back to same hotel again. Beautiful resort peaceful and great break fast . They have horse back on side love those horses and ride is my high light of my trip .
