The bed was a little firm, but it didn’t cause any issues

The gardens surrounding the villa were beautiful. It was quiet and serene. I think the pictures should be updated to better showcase how nice the villa is! Incredible value for the price. I would also highly recommend paying for the in room massage, which I set up through the reception. We were able to do a couples massage on the porch and it was so pleasant.

We loved the location and it was easy to find (we rented a car from airport) with waze app. It was also a great location and all the site seeing we did was close by. The view from the room was amazing. The staff was helpful and nice. Our first night there we has dinner on site and it was very good.

Everything was great!

A stunning hotel with a natural atmosphere, yet clean and well maintained! We slept in the hotel for 4 nights, every morning we saw toucans, squirrels and beautiful nature from the window! The service is excellent and the price is very affordable. We had a lot of fun

There was no sub flooring, which allows insects to come in. However, we really didn't see many.

Location was good. Arenal Volcano close by. Beautiful landscape. Good breakfast in outside facility was peaceful. Staff was great to talk to. Beautiful birds. Short trail next to our cabin was fun to walk on. Comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub in room looked out into jungle area.

nothing really worth mentioning

The cabaña was huge and had everything we needed. Although we could only stay for 1 night - the place was all booked up. Outside everything around was green and it felt like we're in the middle of the jungle, yet in the comfort of civilization :) La Fortuna waterfall is VERY close and the whole place is almost at the foot of the Arenal volcano which can be clearly seen from the garden. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was tasty even if a bit overpriced for what we had. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would have loved to stay longer!

Suits us for our plans

Hot tub overcooking the volcano. Lovely grounds , very peaceful and not far from restaurants... In between all the the attractions. Perfect place to settle to visit the area.

There was bird poop on outdoor furniture but we wiped it off and it was fine.

The view from the room and the bathtub was great. We could see the volcano clearly! There is a nice hike on the property, just make sure you take bug repellant. They did room service for breakfast this time around, which was punctual. They also hand a restaurant near the reception. Both breakfast and dinner food were tasty. The staff is nice and very accommodating.

The place was so peaceful and tranquil, it captured the essence of The rainforest. The view of the volcano was beautiful. This place Is walking distance to downtown. Given that it gets a little chilly in the evenings and that we don't want to sleep with the air-co (environmental-friendly couple :)), they could provide a blanket and not just the bed sheet.

The house surroundings were lovely and very well maintained with beautiful gardens and the amazing volcano view. The room itself was giant - and the bath tub in the middle of the room with the view for the nature outside was amazing.

Without a car it is difficult to get around and when the on-site restaurant is closed you have to call a taxi into La Fortuna.

A lovely hideaway in the jungle. A bit far from La Fortuna but all the better for it. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was simple but served with a smile by the staff. The resident parrot (Matilda) is a great feature - ask about her back-story! 😃

It would have been great if there were screens in the big windows so that we could have had them open while in the hot tub to hear the sounds of the forest and to let a little steam out of the room. It would have been great to have more than 1 drink allowance for breakfast.

The location was slightly away from the town but a short 5 minute drive. It was a short drive from La Fortuna waterfall which was great for our morning trip. The breakfast was great, the separate breakfast area had lots of bird feeders where you could see lots of birds come feed while you ate. We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the staff were great, checking everything was to our liking. Food was delicious. The chef even invited us to a party in the town after we had eaten which was very kind of him. The hot tub inside if the room was fantastic! we sat in there and relaxed after a long bumpy drive over through the mountains. The villa was spacious and had a safe and a large bed, it came with glasses and some kitchen stuff which was great.
