The hotel is definitely not in his prime. The floors in the corridors and the rooms are carpeted. So it is quite smelly if you enter the hotel facilities the first time.

Elevators were slow so took the stairs a lot.

Central location walking distance to museums. Super clean and bigger room than expected. The most comfortable bed in my 3 different stays throughout CR. Although in City, very quiet room. Hot breakfast was perfect and loved the coffee. Free parking is a bonus.

They are not prepared for emergencies. We had a fired and they did not have emergency protocosl this was aweful, Thank god nothing happen but it could have been a disaster, They had to relocated us to another hotel

Free breakfast was not typical buffet; you had to choose between a traditional breakfast and other that staff served to you (so you could not try something and go back for more) and were limited to 2 cups of coffee.

The indoor parking garage was very tight and small to say the least, although at no charge.

This hotel was exceptionally well located in heart of downtown San Jose. From our 5th floor suite, we had a great view of the city lights and of the mountain ranges that surrounded us. The suite was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who proved to be kind, considerate, and always ready to assist us. The suite bedroom surpassed our expectations with its spaciousness and comfort, featuring two large beds and a luxurious bathroom with a separate toilet room. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding vegan dishes at the restaurant, which delighted our taste buds. Chef Denis, in particular, impressed us with his generosity in sharing one of his finest recipes. When we return to San Jose, Urban Green will undoubtedly be our top choice. Just a small suggestion for the management—increasing the variety of fruits and the quantity, especially pineapple, for breakfast would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Our room had no window, which we didn’t know before. The was 10 doller more than we expected to pay. The toilet didn’t work, so we needed to use the public toilet.

Mattresses were comfortable, the breakfast was good.

My luggage was huge and the bedroom was in a second floor reached by stairs.

The breakfast was amazing and the attention at the restaurant, as well, amazing. Thanks to the cook for such a great attention and food!

As the hotel is in the center of the city there’s the city life aspect which is right out side it’s front door. I cannot hold that against the hotel.
