It was an okay stay with beautiful surroundings

We wanted to pay with cash and had to drive around in the evening after a 5h drive and a flight in search of ATM, because they did not let us pay the next day, which was peculiar, even though we stayed for 2 nights. They charge for the bottled water in the room which was quite a surprise, since we assumed that the hotel always provides water. The bathroom was clean and spacious but no handshower and no shelf to put your cosmetics so it was a little bit uncomfortable.

The location is good, 10-min drive from Manuel Antonio National Park and even less from the center of Quepos. Lots of shops and restaurants around, you will need a car though, keep in mind it’s impossible to get anyway on foot. The room was very simple, but spacious and clean. The biggest advantage was the balcony, lots of trees and plants around the place, so we could observe monkeys, sloths and birds right from the house. The breakfast was very simple, but the fresh juices were delicious.

The staff was helpful with the language barrier. They went out of their way to help us in all the encounters. We would recommend this place.

Lovely bungalow in jungle setting, very quiet and peaceful. Great balcony to enjoy evening drinks! Excellent choice of breakfasts. Very nice pool, great to have to cool down after a day out! We found it very handy to have a car in order to get to park, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very friendly

There was a strong chemical smell coming from the bathroom all the time, nowhere to dry your clothes, little room to put your things.

Good location close to Quepos town. It has a nice balcony, pool at the restaurant above the villas.

The Villas are cute and very nicely located, from a location perspective and from a view perspective. Rooms are not fancy but with very good air condition (very much needed) and big nice shower and bathroom. Staff were helpful and breakfast was tasty. You have all the main attractions close by and monkeys often come to visit between the trees and as you get to see parrots and other beautiful birds flying along.

The part of (man) staff need to more motivated by the owner to be engaged in their duties.

We selected this hotels and bungalows provide you great privacy. The facilities in the room was great. The room is spacious enough and clean. You have also private trace with the view on Quepos. The breakfast was good, with the selection of 3 options. You can also order lunch or dinner during the stay in this location, with good selection of the food (good quality). Location offers also swimming pool. The (women) part of the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is located in walking distance to supermarket, however walking in the night might be a slight dangerous as there is no safe roadside. The bus top from Quepos to Manuel Antonio is just in the front of the hotel. Thus there is convenient to travel from/to Quepos and Manuel Antonio by local bus. If you looking for the hotel in distance walking to the beaches you should consider other location. If you looking for comfort and privacy this should be good choice.

I thought from the photos that we would be in a more isolated location. In fact the rooms were quite quiet considering we were just off the main road. It was a bit of a drive to the beach.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and agreeable. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyable. They helped us get tickets into the Manuel Antonio park as we had not been succesful ordering them on line.

Parking situation needs a little work, but manageable. There’s some ongoing construction on the property, but it looks near completion and the noise wasn’t a major issue.

Location is great, easy access to parks and other activities. Staff is super helpful. Views overlooking Quepos are great. Breakfast was delicious.

I would just suggest to advertise the parking is outdoor with a guard. You don't leave the car inside any property. Pillows can be more comfortable. They were very tall. Also the lock in the room was not working.

The hotel was very good and very beautiful.

The bed was horrendous and we were given two pillows and the fitted sheets were the incorrect size. Too small and kept slipping off every other hour while we were trying to sleep. Asked for two more pillows which were unable to be provided, even though we were the only guests staying for the first night. Be careful going down the stairs, as they are uneven, sloped down and gets very slippery when it rains. No markings and dangerous at night. There is adequate security with cameras and a night guard.

The view was beautiful from the villa.

Noise level. Not the fault of owners/ managers, but I wi sh I'd known this. We were woken at 5-530 a.m. every morning by the alarmingly loud nearby street traffic and barking dogs. Our last night i was kept awake by barking dogs the entire night, and finally just got up at 430 a.m. If unable to sleep, it would've been nice to at least rise and enjoy a cup of coffee... but with no coffeemaker in the villas, had to wait 2 hours till breakfast time to get coffee. Also, no hooks/drying racks for wet clothes. I find this odd for accommodation w a pool and near beaches. It's assumed people will have wet swimsuits, towels, and dripping raincoats, which we did every day. Aside from a small towel rack in bathroom, not a single place to hang things. Villa was tiny (not even furniture to hang clothes from) but had ample wallspace & back of doors to place hooks so I'm not sure why there weren't any. Nothing dried on outdoor balcony (rain/humidity) so every day we draped our wets from the day before on back of car seat so the a/c could help dry it out while we drove! A minor inconvenience, but kinda bizarre and would be an easy fix. Breakfast was tasty and served on beautifulpoolside patio, but not sufficient and with no options provided. Two of our three breakfasts were delicious pancakes and fruit, but no protein. It was just not enough to satisfy a growing boy. Each morning we went and got a 2nd breakfast shortly thereafter. Excellent coffee though!

The property is gorgeous, beautiful clean pool & patio area. The jungle surroundings & flowers are beautiful and we saw monkeys in the mornings. Staff was so lovely and gracious. Our villa was quaint, modern, and immaculately clean, with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the jungle views. Wi fi was great, good water pressure & hot water for showers, great a/c. Very reasonably priced.

Although the room was available according to the cleaners (it seemed there were very few guests at the property), the staff at the reception would not let us check in 2 hours before the official check-in to leave our luggage in the room before we left for the whole day to participate in an activity that we had booked.

Like other reviews have mentioned, the road was noisy but it didn’t really bother us and there wasn’t much traffic at night so we slept fine the one night we stayed.

Lovely pool and bar area with nice view, friendly helpful staff, great food and breakfast was included. Cabin was compact but clean with comfortable bed and good bathroom, and air conditioning - balcony was great for watching the birds in the surrounding trees (saw toucans). It was a 10-15 min walk into Quepos along the road or reception will call a taxi if you don’t want to walk.

It was difficult to find the property for our shuttle driver. I would search Manuel Antonio Surf School on Google maps for exact location!

Super cute villa with a pool and restaurant in common area. Staff are incredibly kind and very helpful. Rooms have just what you need. Visits from monkeys in the surrounding trees are very sweet. Surfing lessons can be taken here. MASS has their own spot on the public beach which made us feel comfortable too knowing we were close to people from our resort/villas property.
