Pillows weren't great but this is not a luxury hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Bring a kettle if you like coffee in your room.

Great view of the volcano. Excellent value for money. Helpful staff. The guy on the reception arranged our tours and let us have a late checkout when our transfer was delayed. Next to sloth trail. Would have liked to stay longer.

Inside the cabins we would like to see some hooks to hang things on (raincoats, swimsuits, etc.) With just a little sprucing up (paint touch-ups, hooks, better draining sinks, etc), these cabins would be truly spectacular.

The location is excellent! Walking distance to great restaurants and a Sloth Park right next door. The grounds were well kept and had lots of tropical flowers & bushes. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfasts and meeting other guests. The refrigerators in each room is a big plus for travelers.

The walls were very thin, you can hear everything what is going on outside the cottage. Rooms were very outdated. In my opinion there were some gaps between the ceiling and the roof, because we heard some strange noises on the roof, like something was running all the time. Besides crickets or something chirped somewhere on the ceiling all nights. Breakfast was ok, bet not very tasty.

Really good value. Nice property. The casitas are nothing fancy, but I had everything I needed for my three days.

Close to fun attractions like the sloth, coffee, and chocolate tours, butterfly garden, zip line, and restaurants. Only a 10-15mins to La Fortuna center. They offer tours to book as well.

Lovely little budget place, close to town but not too close so was still nice and quiet. Our kids loved the small pools and generally had them to themselves. Breakfast was easy and staff were friendly. Lodges were comfy - fridge was much appreciated. The site is very attractive and overlooks the sloth sanctuary - we saw many while sitting at the pool. Great view of the volcano.

The rooms were very thin and it was very loud when people were nearby your room (ex. parking cars, door closing, etc.) Need to make sure there are working soap dispensers in the showers.

The breakfast was great and had several options to choose from. The location was walking distance from the city center and also a close enough drive to many excursions for exploring the beautiful areas of La Fortuna has to offer.

The rooms could do with a bedside lamp and a bin. Breakfast left us still feeling hungry.

The staff were exceptional - super helpful and friendly. There is a laundry service for 2,000 CRC per kilo. The room was spacious, gardens are beautiful and the view from the pool is stunning. The shower was excellent and there is a fridge in the room.

The room could be little bit more updated but for this price it was good. The breakfast very simple and after 3 nights very boring.

Very good location. Close to the sloat park where they sell perfect excursions. Nice pool, it has view to the Arenal volcano. We had quiet room at the back yard. The city center is far but there are restaurants and a very big food store in some minutes walk distance.

The breakfast was good and available early enough to have before the tours started! The room had a fridge so we could keep drinks cold. There was a nice pool with lovely views of the volcano.
