Breakfast could have more variety of food. Rooms were old and in need of repairs, particularly the toilets. Corridors are dark and old. Only one elevator for 7 floors.

The location and the view were stunning. The pool on the roof terrace was a beautiful view, especially w the sunset. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

The TV and AC remote controllers didn't work well, but as we didn't need to use them, it didn't bother us, nor did we flag to the hotel staff.

We very much enjoyed the stay, with nice view, great rooftop swimming pool with jacuzzi, and convenient location right next to the shopping mall. Staff were also nice and friendly. We'd stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not many choices, no juices for those who don’t like coffee. The plates were desserts plates and not dinner plates. Breakfast was very poor. There is no plan to cater to tourists who prefer a western breakfast. This is the fourth time I stayed there. If it was for the breakfast, I would never go back.

the shower head didn’t change over (we only had the handle). The shower handles were coming out of the wall. There was nothing to make hot water or coffee in the room. The pillows were very thin.

The fact the spa pool wasn't open at the time we visiited but pool gorgeous and great view too.

Location was fabulous, shopping next door. Supermarket downstairs in shopping mall. Try Taco restaurant for great meals and fabulous service. Loads of snack places next door in shopping mall for children and you of course, but you must try the excellent home cooking of the African stall at the end of the small food places ; . Cooked while you wait and excellent Value for money in fact so cheap ! Taxis outside at your disposal or take the bus into town or surrounding areas. Great experience bus hopping and only 43 escudos ! Great beach nearby, four other restaurants but found Oysters the best in terms of amazing service and food, never mind the desserts ! Yum ! Beer is so cheap especially the local beer strella ! Hotel Reception staff and restaurant staff amazing so helpful, smiling faces at all hours ! Great choice of breakfast too. Didn't stay in for lunch or dinner too busy seeing the sites ! Did a mountain journey by taxi....oh my goodness what an experience, saw and visited the country people, real Cape Verde culture ! Warm hospitable and immaculately clean homes for the little they have. Mountain drive a bit scary as no barriers on sides of roads ! All in all had a great time.

Only thing that I didn’t like was the bathroom, I had room came with bathroom no doors 😬 I had kids with me, also they need more iron I couldn’t find one at all 😟

The AC wasn’t working and it was extremely hot. There was absolutely nothing at breakfast— the trays were empty and what was left was absolutely awful.

The staff they are always trying to offer some type of work that has nothing to do with the hotel or what you need. They kept constantly asking what I do for a living, if I needed a tattoo and they knew someone, if I wanted to go on a ride on their car, touching my things, a member of the bar even came all the way down and got into my room without my permission with me in it and started touching my shoes and asking for money. The ac doesn’t work, the towels were dirty, the fridge didn’t work and every time I left the room, when I came back the door was open. I thing for more than a 100 euros a day this is UNNACCEPTABLE and the staff they don’t understand a NO. I kept saying to the guys to leave me alone but they kept coming. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needs more work on keeping the building functioning. A lot broken things all over the hotel - for the money I pay it’s not worthy!!!

The property is falling apart- needs tons of maintenance work! The Bathroom in the room tile was cracked the Restaurant ceiling was linking water and a bad smell- the hallway was super hot and dark ; Guest was walking in smoking: bit it was not a smoke area; Sorry, but is was terrible!!
