The accommodation was located on a gated community. The location was beautiful with enough quiet and peace witch gave us the Holliday vibe we where looking for. Good and staff was good

Our foam mattress wasn't very comfortable however the room provided many amenities and a beautiful balcony view. The prices are considerable and there isn't any included food but a welcome drink so you have to budget, bring your own or splurge on their meals. The meals where yummy though.

The pool was very busy and the lounge chairs even more so. You have to buy a drink to be able to use a lounge chair. The best time to buy a drink was during Happy Hour on Sundays when they were half price prosecco. I liked that there is a beach right at this resort. You could swim AND watch the sunset. It was beautiful.

Little bit of a hassle having to purchase food or drink to use the pool, but we knew this when we booked. Location is a little out of the way, but we had a car and driving is not an issue.

The resort grounds are beautifully maintained and landscaped. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped. Beach is small but very nice and snorkeling was pretty good. The 3 restaurants offer a nice choice of food at various prices. Breakfast on the beach was very good.

I didn’t realize there were no elevators and the front desk doesn’t assign anyone to help get bags up the stairs to the room. For a place with “luxury resort” in its name, that wasn’t great at all. My sister and 1 had to struggle to get the bags up before a kind guy offered to help. Location is pretty removed from Willemstad (30 min drive) and there’s not much around. the nearest grocery store was I think a mile away and the second was 8 miles away. The hotel got us a taxi to take us to Willemstad and it cost $60 each way. Airport rides were $50 each way and we had 3 of those so might be worth renting a car if staying here.

The ocean view was gorgeous and we had a pretty magical sunset on our first night. Also liked that this had ocean access. unfortunately didn’t get in the ocean because we didn’t realize until we were leaving that there is a spot shallow enough to stand or relax in because it looks like a straight ocean drop from the beach area. Restaurants were great as well. I preferred the lunch/dinner food at the poolside one, to Karakter, the one on the beach but could have just been what I ordered. I also liked the ambience upstairs better. we also had breakfast at bread and more a couple times and really like that as well. We took a tour of the spa and it looked lovely. we unfortunately didn’t have time to get a service but the day pass to use the facilities seemed really worth it. staff were always lovely through our stay.

You have to buy something (a drink or food) to use the pool or beach area. The VIP section does have its own pool that is free to use, but it is very small. Room service is very slow to come round - on one day our room wasn't cleaned until 5pm.

Seems there was a shortage of linen-no top sheet on the bed and no hand towels for two days!

The property is beautiful and peaceful! Great walking trails and the Coral Divers Dive shops is great! Good adventures!

Shower was a bit dangerous as it flooded our room and made it slippery.

The restaurant in the resort is great, but there is only one, plus a bistro with limited offer. That is inadequate giving the number of guests and the fact that there are no breakfast offered. Plus there is no grocery shop in the resort. So if you want to buy food, fresh products like fruits and vegatables or even an ice-cream you have to have a car. The nearest decents supermarkets are in Willemstad, 30 minutes drive.

Be mindful of mosquitoes. And close the door behind you when you go on the balcony to keep them out of the room.

The private pool with the view of the ocean was amazing. Also loved the view from the balcony had my coffee their every morning so quiet and peaceful. The room was really lovely.

It was difficult to get a lounge chair at the beach. It's a very small beach and serves a large community. Also, although we paid for our vacation, we could not sit at the beach unless we spent money on food and drink.

We liked the private pool area which is quiet and not crowded The resort is well laid out and lush gardens throughout. We loved the large balconies.

the villa had two bedrooms and each with its own bathroom. I brought 2 couples and my sister-in-law with us, what made very difficult to use the bathroom at night without disturbing one of the couples. Also, the sofabed wasn't very comfortable.

Way Overpriced restaurant at the beach. No sandy beach. Room service is so so. The bed is very soft, too soft

Clear water, hence good snorkeling with a lot of different fish. Nice balcony with a sea view. Room is big enough, kitchenette is OK, small stove top would be an asset. Amazing unusual sunset
