Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandswe didnt like the reservation system for the restaurants often when we looked on the app there would be no space available for the next day. if we went to reception they would sometimes still have space. one time reception told us to try ask the restaurant on the day its self... not only did the restaurant still have room for us it also had room for 2 other families, even thought it was "fully booked" according to the app and reception. Allot of the times when the restaurants were "fully booked" half of the tables were still empty.
We liked the swimming pool and the food at the buffets and restaurants. the water slide was also really nice.

NetherlandsThe cleaning to much rooms for the cleaners they are taking to long more staff for cleaning . The Seafood bar was every day full this is not nice. You reserve at 11.00 and is already full the Hotel is to big the Seafood restaurant needs to accept more clients at the time .

Trinidad and TobagoMy only con was that there were a lot of pigeons that would occupied the dining area during meals at the buffet.
The Breakfast was fantastic and had everything you can possible want. The variety was exceptional and it tasted great. There are 3 restaurants on site and a buffet, with a few other spots around the compound where you can grab a bite to eat when the restaurants and the main buffet are closed. The water park was a hit with the kids.

PeruFOOD: - The buffet lunch hours was only from 12:30pm to 2:30pm which was disappointing since we wanted to tale advantage of the weather and use the beach/pool until at least 3pm. There was a snack option after those hours that had pizza, fried stuff and bugers which was fine, but we couldn’t handle eating that more than 1-2 days. - The buffet dinner hours was also from 6:30pm to 9:30pm which is also too early to close considering there are no other options after that. Supposedly there was a “midnight buffet” but we never found it. - The “specialty” restaurants aren’t really worth it either, they are average. The BBQ one had overcooked meat and very few side dishes. The sushi was ok. BEDROOM: - The pillows were very bad, it was almost like they didn’t exist, even after piling 2. - The air conditioner worked well, but something weird (that hasn’t happened to me in other Caribbean resorts) is that the condensation was very notable. You could see the roof with drops of water and feel a lot of humidity, making you feel sticky all the time and therefore making sleeping uncomfortable. EXTRA: - Mosquitoes: be aware that there a lot of them, not the hotel’s fault of course.
The rooms seemed recently renovated. The food was slightly above average (specifically considering that it’s an all-inclusive). The drinks were slightly better too, they offered a variety of them aside of the classic ones. The bed was comfortable, can’t say the same for the pillows. There was a SMART WHEELS in the recepction which made car rental very easy and fast.

CanadaTurn the volume down on the base for the nightly music by the pool after 10:00 pm . We did not have children with us, but many did and the constant boom, boom, boom must make it difficult to get youngsters to quiet down at their appropriate time. Base tones penetrate windows much more than the higher tones. Have you considered providing a company owned small bus that ferries guests to the swing bridge in town and back to the hotel?
All meals at the main restaurant were exceptional for a buffet. We enjoyed the seafood and sushi restaurants, but the BBQ was not impressive. The selection of polls was great and the water slides were a lot of fun. The setting for the resort was good and maintenance of the grounds was well done. Staff were very friendly as you would hope at an all inclusive resort.

I can count gracious/ pleasant/ welcoming staff on one hand - they don't act like they are happy to be there doing what they do, very cold. But those who were nice were epic! Hats off to Dylan, Edwin and Duska!! Could use a little freshening up - lights didn't work and some outlets, a lil coat of paint but i guess that would be done when they are through with the addition. Housekeeping was excellent! Need proper mixologists - couldn't get a decent mudslide to save my life.
The many restaurants and the water park. Really sorry I did not realize there were two more pools on either side that were more quiet. Loved how close the beach was - my kids enjoyed that! The buffet was also pretty good.
