United States7 reviews2 helpful votes“Dreamy place to stay near the best beaches on the island. Also great for remote work.”I worked remote from Kas Amigu for 3 weeks, and it was heavenly! First of all, the property is a lovely slice of paradise. Rooms are immaculately clean and modern. I stayed in the Plumeria studio. The kitchenette was perfect for me to cook small meals during the week when I was working, and extremely well equipped. As someone who has seen a wide variety of hotel and villa bathrooms on different islands, I greatly appreciated that plumbing in the bathroom was modern, and the materials in the bathroom were the kind where you can tell they are easily cleaned and can see how clean the bathroom is. Also greatly appreciated were the screens in all of the windows, so it was possible to have the windows open in the evening without fear of mosquitos without running the AC. The AC worked incredibly well when I did decide to use it. The patio just outside the room was a delightful place to set up my laptop every day to work. I was also able to work from their lovely pool area. The wifi was very reliable for all my Zoom calls for work in my room and in the pool area. The pool area is gorgeous both in the sun, and magically lit up at night. It’s very relaxing. There are rarely ever more than 2 people there at a time, so you’re not fighting for lounging space like you would at some other properties. They also have the most charming pavilions to help shade you from the sun if you desire. Daily, the most beautiful birds hang around the property singing and flying around. The landscaping is also beautiful and incredibly well done. Peter and Ann were incredible hosts and made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. They were incredibly flexible with requests, and very thoughtful. They are very responsive, and helped me book several amazing experiences around the island, and had impeccable beach and restaurant recommendations. I really hope to come back next year.

They provided beach towels, rain umbrella and a cooler, offered free sand-shoes, and reasonable snorkeling equipment rental. The apartment had everything I needed, and the fast wifi was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Everything. From the moment we stepped on site, we were greeted by Anneke and shown around the property. This location was everything that we.wanted in our accommodations. Quiet, secluded but very close to everything (in between the northern beaches and hikes and the southern activities/Willemstad. Sparkling clean, any amenity you can think of, and very cozy bed and terrace. Anneke and Peter really thought of every little detail. And the homemade breakfast was out of this world. We will be back on our next trip to Curaçao, without a doubt.

EVERYTHING! In Anneke and Peter's absence, Gert took care of us and was such a friendly and accommodating host. They made us a lovely breakfast the first morning that was out of this world. The bed was the most comfortable bed and I want one for home! We rented a car from them as well which made everything so much easier. It was the most amazing trip I've ever taken and we were so sad to leave. Kas Amigu truly feels like home (but even better)!

Curaçao12 reviews2 helpful votesSuperbWe did feel that the studio was missing a TV but luckily we borrowed a tablet from a local friend. The property comes with 10Khw per day which isn't a lot specially if all the appliances operate on electricity even the stove.
The property is a bit far away from city center and you cannot walk to any of the beaches but that is not a bad thing. As it is further away it is very relaxing and quiet and it is surrounded by nature. The host are very kind people and you immediately feel at home.

Great pool, good studio with comfortable large bed and airconditioning and a large ceiling fan. Really friendly staff, a lot of extra avails amenities like a barbecue, fridge filled with drinks and a cabinet filled with board games etc.
