The food is terrible. There are no options at the buffet. There are no varieties. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They do not allow you to request snacks during the hours the buffet is open. Since only people who pay for the day pass can order. Which is absurd. You are obliged to eat between 12pm and 2pm only from the buffet.

The areas and facilities were clean, but some areas were out of service or lacking maintenance. The staff treatment was FABULOUS! The service was great in every way. It is a great option for traveling with children.

It was not clean. We had to deal with roaches everyday being in our room and it was disgusting. The food was not good either except for the pizza.

The drink were really great and the staff were extremely nice to us. They helped us out with anything that we needed.

(1) There was no supervision at the pools and water slides. Seems only on the (more busy) weekends there is supervision at the big water slides and someone that walks from pool to pool. The traffic lights at the water slides were missing (wires hanging out!) or didn’t work. (2) poolwater not clean I also wonder what the water quality is since almost no chemicals seem to be used and the water wasn’t really clear. (3) hotelroom/appartment cleaning Everywhere this resort is advertised as a hotel resort. Then you expect hotel services regarding cleaning, however during our stay the apartment was never cleaned, towels were not renewed. I can live with the the bedsheets weren’t renewed during our 4 day / 3 nights stay but a daily check by the resort if a towel should be renewed would have given us a way better experience. Just like in a descent hotel you get one big and one small towel per person, but after two nights we simply ran out. We had to go to the reception 3(!) times to ask for new towels on the 3rd day. The nice lady at the reception started with rehearsed answer imprinted by the management stating it’s the local laundry that sometimes doesn’t deliver enough towels and new sheets but this isn’t simply true. We’ve been to several great resorts and hotels on the island and they manage this way better than Kunuku. If you don’t get enough towel simply buy more towels or start your own laundry. It’s not that hard. The resort is big enough to make this profitable; even when you add a laundry service for your customers own clothes. After complaining 4 towels were delivered in the evening, but we were with 6 persons….. sight…. After another complained we got some extra bathing towels so we at least all could take a nice shower with a clean towel. I do wonder how this mostly native Dutch Management is taking a shower at home? Dry in the hot sun of Curaçao?

We had a nice big appartement on the ground floor close but not to close to one of the 4 pools. All rooms had a comfortable bed and airco. One room had its own bathroom. The appartmen itself was clean on arrival. The gardens were well maintained

the cleaning staff We did not recive cleaning we recive it after 2 days !! After we ask att the frontdesk !!! Our bathroom did not have something to put a soap in !! The shower were had nothinf to hang it on We ask cleaning if they could clean they say not now im going home ! Power went off 4 x in our appartment there was nobody on duty We had to look for the kitchen chef to help us After a while somebody they ( the chef) call came from home i guess to help us !! After all the place is nice ...

It was dated, dirty, the staff was slow. They didn’t know nothing. We walked in the room and instantly couldn’t breathe, the AC unit was only in the bedroom so the living space and bathroom was HOT!! Nasty! The bathroom was so dirty, you needed shower shoes did the shower🤮 and mind you when we walked in the cleaning crew was in there half assing cause nothing was wet like it was cleaned. And they know nothing bout all inclusive cause there was no food & we had to pay for water SMDH. I promise you we stayed less than an hour before checking out!! Not gonna ruin my birthday vacation!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Almost everything, all inclusive is not all inclusive, you have to ask for changing towels, to get soap and other facilities.

Clean room , variety of foods and beverages , pools and restaurants very close to rooms . New towels and toiletries each day . Nice patio sliding door off room . Staff were helpful and kind . Loved the salads and all the pastas , and the BBQ where you go get meat and can cook what you want was very neat . Pizza was huge . Iced coffees were delicious . Scenery and trees very nature like .

The food not good....it remember you a school canteen..first Day waiting one hour for the room...surprise no hot water in the room....the young personnel not reactive...first and Last time...to expensive for the quality of service Ok

The attractions and the place is Nice ...good resort for family and funny time for Child.
