Not enough parking spots. We had to park far away from our room. Overall, we were treated nicely by the staff. Except for 2. During breakfast, one of the waitresses came to clean the table behind us and said in papiamentu: “Who ate here? Old people? Do they know how to eat?” Rude and unnecessary comment to say behind your guests back. And later that same day before check out, I went to the reception to ask if there was any possibility to check out later. The staff member looked at me strangely and immediately said they dont offer that service and never have. Which I found weird because the document with the house rules we are given at the check in clearly states we can ask for late check out. I insisted again and said to her I will pay any extra fees to stay a little longer as it was raining and didn’t want to drive in the rain. The lady didn’t want to help at all and I didn’t want to insist more. It really was a shame to experience these 2 events on our last day after the warm welcome we received during check in.

Front desk didn't verify that our room was already occupied, so they gave keys to our room for other people to use the bathroom. At around 9pm-10pm, we got 3 guys trying to open the door with a key to the room. Luckily, they were all pretty drunk and took time to open the door which gave us time to get ready (we were 2 ladies ready for bed). After telling the front desk of this scary event, they offered us a free supper, which we accepted. It's human error which we understand, but we were on our guards the whole night!

It's very close the Jan Thiel beach where it's a party place with a beach. The staff were nice, specially the lady at the gate for cars! It's in a safe neighborhood. Staff are accomodating. Room is cleam with a big balcony.

Lunch and dinner were not as good as expected. The choice could be extended and the quality of the food could be better.

This is a really comfortable resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include air conditioning, a small refridgerator and a safe. The wifi is okay. The breakfast is luxurious and the pool is really great with lots of relax chairs both in the sun and in the shadow.

Big complain upfront on NOT getting the complementary breakfast. According to the Booking.com shown condiction it should be provided, but Livingston nor Booking.com provided it. All evidence was provided to prove I did meet the condiction, still it was NOT included. Booking.com Genius level, offered at booking time and selected. It a very big for next time.

The location was safe and guarded. Close to the beach and part and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is possible close to the room.

Parking at the hotel, was really difficult, because at nights there were few spots to park our car. The room was small with a huge bathroom, something that to us is very inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is really the best of it.

The towels were changed daily although they were not on the floor. We did report this to the reception. We feel it is unnecessary and not so environmentally friendly. A personal preference so not a complaint is there were two duvets on the bed and we prefer one big one :)

It’s a big facility with everything you need at hand. Supermarket and the beach in 2 min walk. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Good bed, very good water pressure in the shower. Good WiFi. You get a beach pass to access the beach and even big beach towels that you can change when you want. Ironing board and hair dryer on request at the reception.

Our bathroom (standard room) was rather strangely designed - lots of unused space, which would be fine if the bedroom wasn’t small. Toilet positioned very high from the ground, even though me and my partner are rather tall. Cigarette butts around sun loungers by the pool :(
