The room was very modern except the bathroom was a little tired looking. We had a view of the dolphin show each morning at the sea aquarium next door. We couldn’t check in until 4, which I found a little late. The staff were friendly and the beach and water were fantastic.

I had not realized when booking that it was a time share complex. It was a bit run down, internet in the room was weak, the TV reception was not great, in short it is urgent need of modernization and update. The beach location was nice, but investment in more sand and less stones would be appreciated. When we wanted to enter the restaurant other people warned us not to get in, because of very long waiting time.

This is a timeshare property so be aware when booking you may need to move rooms mid-stay & we didn’t get rooms close together as requested. The breakfast is at the restaurant next door & its a bit hit & miss with the orders! Otherwise pretty good breakfast & lovely location.

Fab location, quiet but close to all the Mambo Beach bars & restaurants. View of aqaurium & dolphins from our room. Very comfy beds & great pool & private beach area. Staff were very helpful & friendly, especially Chris.

The lighting in the vanity area was not good for make up. I wished it was brighter.

The beach is small and does not have the powdery sand, but it is private and we never had to wait for a chair. the security would move anyone who was not a guest off of the premises immediately. the rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a huge closet, plenty of room and the staff was always so kind. You are within walking distance from Mambo beach and all of the restaurants and driving distance from many of the other attractions that the island has to offer.

The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The private beach is also wonderful. However, we had a bad experience with a security member, an elderly gentleman who stays during the day. We were on the beach and my wife went to the bathroom and noticed someone trying to open the door and when she left she met this security guard who asked harshly if she was a guest of the hotel. We had already been staying for 2 days and this same security guard was the one who took our bags to the room and every day we greeted him, so he knew us! We saw this same security acting harshly with other people and this is against the good image of the hotel, after all, those who are staying do not want to be disturbed in this way.

IT DIDN'T HAVE SHAMPOO IN MY ROOM

AMAZING LOCATION, A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BEACH INSIDE OF THE HOTEL, AND THE HOTEL HAS AN AMAZING RESTAURANT TOO. AND IT'S VERY CLOSED TO THE AQUARIUM. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT.

During our stay the resort was refurbishing certain rooms as a result of which the hallways were a parking ground for old/new furniture. A bit messy for which the resort apologised.

Very nice and convenient resort close to Mambo beach where it's lively on Friday nights. The rooms are large and most have nice seaviews. The swimming pool area is nice and relaxed. The affiliated restaurant where breakfast is served caters well to guests of Seaaquarium resort. Added benefit is the diveshop at the back next to Hemingway's which is a lively beachbar.

The interior of our room was tired, but they are remodeling the interior of many rooms, so hopefully they'll get to the rest of the rooms soon. Wifi is unreliable, but the front desk is very helpful. Visible dirt stayed under the table and chairs during our entire stay. No mini market close by, but the front desk has some convenient items for sale.

Soft beds were comfortable. Seems like every room has a view of the ocean. Cool that you can watch the dolphins at the aquarium from the resort stairway. Very convenient that housekeeping will exchange towels and take the garbage on a daily basis. Free shuttle takes you to the supermarket or into Willemstad. Restaurant on property is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant at the hotel is separate. THe service was slow with lunch and breakfast. Not a lot of healthy choices if you are on a special diet. THe nice thing was that even though we were impatient at a certain point because of the service, they stayed friendly.

We always feel at ease and welcomed at the Royal sea aquarium! It's so comfy and nice there. And there is so much there in the neighborhood to see and do. The rooms are spacious and they have everything. If not, you can ask! There was a waiter who helped us with sunset snacks, it was sooooo nice of him to bring us the snacks at our sunset spot. We love the beach there, especially the connection with Lions dive. GREAT GREAT location

We couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because there were too many mosquitoes. We were responsible for the doing our own dishes from breakfast, otherwise there was an extra charge of $75.00. We had to use the same sink to was the dishes in as we used for brushing teeth and washing hands and faces. A tea towel for drying the dishes wasn’t provided until the second last day of our stay. The toilet seat fell off and landed on my husbands toe. There was no kettle to boil water for tea.

Our room was conveniently located on the property. We were close to the office, beach, and pool.

I gave a 7 grade overall, because in the last day there were no breakfast available (it was included in my fare) and nobody at the front desk knew why and did not offer any kind of refund or voucher to take breakfast in the restaurant in front the hotel. I was in a hurry to go to the airport and payed 21 dollars for each member of my family to have breakfast in front of the hotel and, after asking for it, I've got a refund of 20 dollars total (!). Financial, expectations and time loss.

It's a dream hotel for family. Ample bedrooms and a gorgeous Sea veaw. Besides, there's a blue water canal with very calm waters to swim. It was my second time at the sea aquarium and I do not have any regrets.

Three nights per week there is an open air disco on the beach nearby (Mambo Beach) This went on until 2 o'çlock in the night. It was very loud and kept me awake.
