The room was nearby the entrance of the hotel and not very well isolated so you could hear sometime people walking in and out in the alley. However it was not a big issue as the hotel is quite quiet and we did not feel the need to change room or anything.

The hotel is very well located, nearby the Willemstad center (10min walk) and the facilities, particularly the swimming pools and the restaurant with sea view were great and comfortable. The persons at the reception were very kind and helpful. They supported us on booking many activities and were very flexible with our requests (payment, booking taxi to airport, rental car, activities etc.). The room had AC and was comfortable with a small terrace in front.

Our room was a city view corner unit and spacious and clean, the only issue was that a few of the windows did not close completely and therefore it was loud due to the traffic and the wifi at the pool was very 'iffy'.

We had a spacious room that had high ceilings and many windows so very bright because we had a corner unit. There was a little kitchenette with small fridge where we could store some drinks and snacks. Also a coffee machine (you have to buy the coffee pods). Lovely restaurant with good food and drinks, great service. Also an infinity pool that was never too crowded.

The service in the restaurant was hit or miss. Sometimes the wait was a bit long, once I was given the wrong bill, the last cocktail I ordered was substandard. For some reason there were a lot more mosquitoes than there were at another property I stayed earlier just a few blocks away.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the bed very comfortable, the apartment suite had everything I wanted and needed (except for a little desk for all the writing I wanted to do!) A great kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove, and oven helped me feel truly at home, and the patio furniture helped me enjoy the cool breezes in my private space behind a locked gate, which helped me feel super safe as a solo female traveler. I was pleasantly surprised to see that cleaning staff even washed my dirty dishes and did a thorough job of cleaning the suite thoroughly everyday. I especially loved the infinity pool with comfy chaise lounges and the restaurant with a good selection of reasonably priced food and gorgeous view of the ocean. Also the location was central enough in Pietermaai that I could walk everywhere.

The amenities are not sufficient for the amount of rooms, the pool often felt crowded and staff was a little over burdened (it was peak holiday season so it’s understandable)

Great location, excellent rooms and service! It was our second stay, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was very nice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The location could not be more perfect. It's close to many restaurants and walking distance from Punda. It's also just a short distance from the beaches. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the garden was picturesque. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be returning soon.

Bathroom with clear glass doors, there was construction taking place next to the bedroom.

Beautiful pool (despite being small), great location as it is possible to go to the center on foot and it is close to the access to the highway that leads to the beaches.

There was nothing not to like, but ........ what did happen to us is that they started renovating the rooms under our and painting the building. They proactively informed us that this was going to happen for one day. When this was ongoing for the second day, they actually transferred us to another room which was fantastic. It is all about how it got solved, which was good. I guess a good message to other visitors is that you know you will end up in a hotel that is well maintained :-)

The location is fantastic, they have done an outstanding job to turn these historical houses into a boutique hotel with rooms that are completed with all needed facilities. The views are fantastic and the restaurant is also great. What else can you wish for than to wake up every morning and have a fantastic view on the blue sea when having breakfast. Apart from that what made is all complete, but they matter, is the staff, super friendly and helpful.

The downstairs bed and pillows were not very comfortable (hard). Also, the air conditioning is limited to only two bedrooms, which makes the common areas uncomfortably hot. However, after a day, we figured how to cool down the apartment a bit by closing all the shutters (keeping it dark) and allowing the air to circulate a bit.

My family and I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment (city view). The apartment was spacious for the five of us traveling together, youngest child is 13-years old. We liked having a full-size fridge, a safe in the apartment, and air conditioning in the two bedrooms.
