We really enjoyed staying near the beach at Blue Bay and also close to the centre of Willemstad. Also, the host Ravi is super helpful and welcoming! We would definitely stay at Xanadu again!

Beautifully appointed apartment of a very high standard and elegantly decorated. Very thoughtfully equipped with appliances, air conditioning and a fully functioning kitchen including a dishwasher. Large balcony making everything feel light and airy.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the linens smelled of humidity. Would be much better if the kitchen were stocked with the basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil).

Great location between Willemstad and the beautiful beaches of western Curaçao. The owner and groundskeeper are really nice, and it’s awesome that the accommodation comes with beach passes for Blue Bay.

Xanadu is an absolutely fabulous 12 unit apartment complex within the gated community of Blue Bay. Our unit was a two bedroom, two bath apartment with a full kitchen and AC throughout. Ravi is a very accommodating and gracious host. His happy hour parties are not to be missed. Less than a 10 minute walk is the fully serviced beach of Blue Bay. Our only regret is not staying for 3 weeks.

Great atmosphere, great host, staff. It’s a big apartment with a large terrace! Full kitchen with big fridge and enough compartments to put ice bag and such. Nice location in gated community. There’s a nice pool but also a beach you can access nearby, walking distance.

We loved everything about our stay. Ravi the owner was the best host we have encountered in all our years of travel. He is truly kind and gracious. The Xanadu property is well located within the upscale Blue Bay resort and an easy walk to the beach with complementary access to the beach club. The apartment is brand new, elegant and offered excellent A/C and WIFI throughout. We enjoyed many meals on the spacious outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Blue Bay is centrally located on the island and offers easy access to the beaches on the west coast as well as the city center.

We had no issues, there was nothing we didn't like about the experience, the grounds and suites are modern, clean and well maintained.

Far more than a typical resort experience, outstanding hosts, very much a personal "family" culture, very welcoming and friendly, plenty of local knowledge and advice, we would strongly recommend the experience!

I travelled 8000 km to escape Christmas and therefore had to disappoint the owner who kindly invited me to a Christmas spirit celebration at the pool bar. Apparently expectations were present.

My early morning walk to the sea, the snorkeling and the coffee on the beach. The appartment was only 200 meters or so away. Spacious rooms, nice balcony with a nice view and easy parking next to the apartment's door.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Xanadu! The two bedroom apartment was impeccibly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Ravi, the owner, was so kind and accommidating and made us feel right at home and provided us with invaluable recommendations. He also welcomed us to his bar and provided drinks on the house. I can't say enough about this place. We will 100% be staying here again when we return to Curacao!

Especially in humid weather, there are some small, almost invisible mosquitoes on the island that enjoy feasting on tourists and giving them itchy bites. In the evening, it's advisable to apply a 40% DEET product to exposed body parts when outdoors.

"It was our first encounter with Curaçao, so we were on the lookout for the perfect location and base to explore the island. I can immediately say that Blue Bay Beach Resort was, in many ways, the perfect choice for us. We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the beautifully decorated and tidy Xanadu apartments with a view of a private pool, a spacious balcony, and private parking. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk from the private beach. The entire crew is friendly and welcoming, but it's the warm personality of owner 'Ravi' that captivated us from the personal welcome. The man has a natural flair for connecting his guests - a delightful mix that spontaneously led to some 'magical' happy hours by the pool. Thank you, Ravi, for this highly appreciated personal touch! Quiet, spacious apartment that was stocked with all the kitchenware and towels we needed. We spent lots of time there at their well maintained pool. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Blue Bay is an easy drive to Willemstad.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. The blue bay area is super nice and the apartments are only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach passes are included with the stay. Ravi, the apartment owner is a really nice guy and together with the other staff they made us feel at home. We were invited for some drinks as well, which really added to our stay. If we go to Curaçao again we will definitely go back to Xanadu!

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with all the amenities one could need, in an upscale (tourist) neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Nice swimming pool, never crowded during the week we stayed there. Short walking distance to the beach, entry to the beach included. The beach itself is nice, the water is very clear and the gulf is calm and good for swimming. We haven’t snorkeled there but there were a lot of people snorkeling and diving. Comfortable drive to the beautiful beaches of the northwestern side without having to cross Willemstad.
