We had absolutely no issues. If I really have to find an issue then I would say that it did take quite a bit of time both in the lounge and at the beach for the waiters to come around.

Very family oriented. The kids club was just lovely with all the ladies in their taking the best care of the kids with activities and fun games. I would really like to thank the ladies in the kids club for their outstanding work. My son really enjoyed his time there and wanted to be there more than in the pool even though that was so much fun with the slides as well. The complementary kids corner buffet is also a great idea. Beautiful nature, lovely ambiance, clean and stylish place. I cannot recommend this place enough

Would have preferred bit bigger kids club and more space around pools.. but very new indoors, loved grass area near beach.. loved everything was very close distance to each other

Staff is simply exceptional, and the service is exquisite! Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy. Breakfast was superb, with many different options so there's something for everyone. Very calm and peaceful hotel, with no noise, no fuzz, simply perfect. I would recommend it to everyone who wants a calm vacation outside the city rush.

The only thing I didn't like was that the inland view rooms had no balconies.

I did not like the fact that there are no water coolers on the premise. I didn’t like the fact that they charge for bottled water and coffee over dinner. Exaggeration of pricing in general around the poolside.

I liked the service , staff and personal approach of the staff throughout the stay. We enjoyed the food and girls loved the children buffet. The whole experience was very positive and we celebrated my 50th b/d on this visit which was great.

The smell in the rooms corridor but in fact after my comment the management of the hotel called me and asked about my feedback and promised me to look at the dislike point and work to improve it which reflects the importance of customer for the hotel. Thank you for the management and the staff.

It is expensive (maybe a little bit too much) for the location. Hotel is super but Limassol is not perfect, far from it….

Not much I did not like about the property. If you don’t like to be surrounded by families with young children, don’t go there. Most of the taxi drivers of the taxi company the hotel deals with don’t have a credit card machine. They want to be paid cash. This can be annoying.

The Grill room restaurant is not on the level of this hotel. Food noting special, staff not qualified, sky-high prices.

It is classy hotel, with friendly staff, perfectly managed, exceptional brekfast. Limanaki tavern on the beach is perfect

1) Amathus is building another block on the right from the hotel (if looked from the sea side) and it was disturbing to hear the construction sounds, like jigsaw etc. having a five star away from the city, we expects sky to be a quite rest during morning and daytime enjoyment of beach. 2) our lunch (we had two variety of fish and snacks) was ok for 100 euro. Had better fish in fish taverns.

While the building is quite old since 1970s or so, it is kept in the perfect condition. Staff is super friendly and there is a evening service in the rooms too which we appreciated.

Great location, wide choice of restaurants with fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, lots of facilities for kids and adults, variety of pools along with garden/beach access was great. Loved the view from our balcony towards the ocean, would recommend ocean facing room.
