The room layout could have been improved. The open shower design didn't work well for us, especially with the kids, as it was difficult to use and everything ended up getting wet all the time. Additionally, we didn't have a designated area to dry our towels. The absence of a balcony was also challenging, as it meant that once the kids went to bed around 7pm, our day essentially came to an end.

This place truly has everything. Upon check-in, we were greeted with refreshing cold lemonade, which was a fantastic way to start our stay. The staff here is incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. One great perk is that children up to 12 years old can enjoy complimentary lunch and dinner. The kids club is absolutely amazing, offering a variety of activities to keep the little ones entertained. What's more, the hotel has different areas to suit different moods, including a sandy beach, tranquil spots, adults-only areas, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool specifically for kids, and much more.

Little far from Limassol city center, but the bus station is 1 min away from the hotel which is fine.. The bar food was pretty expensive and not really that tasty food..

It was amazing. Stuff was very polite, helpful and nice. I chose wrong date for our stay in the system and they were able to sort out my problem and let me and my family stay in the hotel anyway. Moreover they prepared a room very quickly - just 30 minutes. I loved the breakfast. They have everything you can imagine. They also have options for those who don’t eat sugar and don’t drink regular milk. The pool with slides was heated and worked in the middle of April. I really enjoyed the big outdoor pool. It’s 2.75m in depth and really long in length. The gym is in excellent condition and also has everything that you need. Even live music in the bar was really high quality. So we definitely will be back.

Being picky, the light switches in the room were not the most straightforward to control. There is some noise from the road on the inland side of the building (at least there was from our room on floor 2).

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities- the pools are fantastic. It is a great place to stay for families and the kids club is a bonus. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The family room is comfortable and there is plenty of choice of restaurants if eating at the hotel. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast. Access to the beach is nice to have. We’d love to return again in the future.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like, but to be mentioned that it is a good idea to have a car if you want to stay in this hotel due to the distance to Limassol.

The hotel is truly gorgeous. The standards are very high and all personnel is exceptionally helpful and friendly. And the most important for us they are all smiley. Our stay at the hotel will always bring back good memories. It was very relaxing staying there and we almost didn't care about visiting the city nearby. The breakfast restaurant was very pretty, both indoors and outdoors and the stuff was very helpful. The food in the breakfast had a large variety from raw salads and cooked vegetables up to pancakes and waffles for the kids. We did not miss anything from the breakfast and we were very satisfied with both the quality and taste of the food. The room service also had very tasty food with several options and the price was like one of the restaurants inside the hotel. There were a couple of bars with very nice drinks and snacks and the main bar of the hotel offered as well and option of sushi. The room was very spacious and well kept. There was no damages or issues with the room and it was been cleaned and taken care of twice a day. Finally the hotel had all the required facilities, but unfortunately some of the facilities for the children were still closed, for example the outdoor pool with the slides. At the same time there was an outdoor pool, heated, available for both adults only as well as adults and kids. The playroom for the kids was a big plus as well as some performances that took place every second day, like fireworks show and a magician.

Needs renovation in many areas. I understand that is difficult to renovate because the hotel is an all year destination but i would suggest doing it partly in specific areas.

Amazing stuff, really helpfull with everything. Went in March and was happy to use the heated indoor swimming pool and facilities. The kids club is one of the best i have ever visited. The kids had a great time with the hosts there.

Just one thing - we couldn't book the Grill Room restaurant and a spa treatment due to low availability (even though the hotel was far from full), it could have been nice to know ahead, at booking time, that a reservation must be made many days before.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, amazing sea view, modern and clean room and facilities. Brekafst had large variety of options with good food quality and vegeterian options. The hotel was quiet and not crowded. Every space was modern and chic.
