This charming small hotel is situated high in the Trodos Mountains with pleasant hiking routes, picturesque villages and wineries to enjoy. Akis, the owner and his staff are super-friendly and helpful. We are definitely going again!

there is not much in the village where the hotel is located, but if the weather is good there are several places worth visit nearby.

Cute little hotel, very nice and friendly staff. Worth trying the restaurant! The lounge area is small but there is also a fireplace and you can sit and have a drink if the weather is not good.

When I was sitting on balcony, there was wery strong smell from from smokestacks of neighborning rooms. No comfortable lobby to sit. Just a note: the hotel provides a smal quantity of firewood. I needed much more (extra charge).

Nice view, fireplace, comfortable bed, good preassure of water. Tasty dinner.

A buffet breakfast would have been best with several options where we could have had portions according to our choice.

Breakfast was custom-made based on our preferences, so limited options were there, but portions were large. However, they tried to make different dishes on our 2nd day for the vegetarians in our group which is commendable.

Access to the car park was a little challenging - limited parking. There are no other choices for food or drink in the village but plenty in neighbouring towns if you're prepared to drive the roads in the dark.

Nice and quiet, staff friendly. Good homemade food and reasonably priced. Excellent choice of local wines. Great Views from the rooms balcony and any information we needed was available from our host. Good base to explore the Troodos region and very popular hotel to stay.

The tv is extremely small (around 20'' inches) and u can't really use it (maybe only use it to listen to the news). There were noises from the stuff moving some equipment early in the morning which woke us up. the breakfast was the most disappointing as it is not a buffet, but they bring you a tray with set plates (bread, eggs, cheeses and meats) which i didn't find something i like as most of them were cold.

Very cozy traditional room with a great view and everything was very clean. The fireplace at night is a must and you definitely need to use the jacuzzi.

When we came into the room, there were cups and cigarette buds from previous guests on the balcony table.

Jacuzzi in the room was a nice addition.

We booked the Superior Double room with Spa bath and fireplace including breakfast. The room was clean, very traditional feel, bed was comfy with warm bedding and the Spa bath, a real treat. We did have to pay for firewood which we feel should be included if the facility is offered. The breakfast is Cypriot style and as much as you like. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The friendly staff who were so customer focused. The breakfast was superb and the selection and quality of the food for evening meal was perfect. A great experience staying at the Ambelikos Traditional Agrohotel and excellent value for money.

A nice hotel located in a quiet village and ideal, as a base, for exploring the upper Troodos areas, either via car, bike or on-foot. It's located on a hillside facing the village and is very popular with Cypriots and other nationalities. The small pool has sun-loungers and families with children find it ideal for afternoon activities. Both the breakfast servings and evening meals come Highly Recommended.

It was a bit remote. Photographs exaggerated the quality of the hotel and especially the pool. The pool beds were old and broken. No matresses. We had a basic room which summed it up perfectly. Electrical outlets were few and primitive

Bed was very squeaky!

Very hospitable owners & staff. Brilliant views, and quiet peaceful location. Common areas & restaurant nicely done. Dinner & breakfast excellent. Went in August & surprisingly didn't need Aircon. Yes, you miss out on a few modern amenities, but instead you get a friendly, relaxing, authentic experience.

Maybe hard to find parking place nearby, ac for only for additional price and in room it can be hot even during night, although it is quiet comfortable weather outside.
