An indescribable experience! From the moment you arrive at the hotel, the amazing experience you get, the service ... no words! The level of the rooms, the level of food, the pools and the beach next to the hotel. I can say that this is one of the best vacations we have experienced. Too many children allowed to roam around using all facilities. Ie unable to get to the pool without screaming kids playing with a ball or just screaming. The noise. Constant music at beach. Singing in evening . Music from the bars. Smoking. People should only be allowed to smoke in designated areas.

water at outdoor swimming pool was not been heated in May when sea is still quite chilly, food is not very good and pricy, yoga and other group fitness sessions shouldn't cost 35 euro in 5 star hotel and rather should be offered for free to guest. There were a very noisy guests parting outside one night until 2am and security was failed to manage this despite number of complaints. To be fair I was offered to move to the more quiet room next night and it was an upgrade.

Unfortunately, the sea view suits has tiny walls and we heard every person passing along the building. It was very noisy. We heard cleaning staff at 6AM in the morning, we heard all parties in the next building, we heard toddlers on the second floor. Indoor heated pool is not allowed for children below 16 years old. So our son was not allowed to use it.

Hotel has great views and great outside facilities: beach, pools. The breakfast was great.

charged us for a take away breakfast even tho breakfast was included, and for €50, it was appalling. Bathroom cupboard smelt of damp. also not the hotel’s fault but we couldn’t sit outside because of the May flies.

The food was terrible, worst sushi I’ve had in years. They can’t make simple dishes well and had very little normal options on the menu. Pillows were very dusty , linens did not seem to be washed with actual detergent. The breakfast buffet did not have a toaster or normal pancakes or waffles . They just had a lot of organic options that tasted like card board. Staff was not helpful, they couldn’t even bring an iced latte that had ice in it. Nobody would help you, they just look at you like your annoying and ask someone else to do whatever you asked them. They are overpriced for the service and food quality . Overall, they suck.

The property was stunning. The watersports next to the hotel beach were top notch. The Soa treatments were very good.

The breakfasts are poor, there is no healthy food. Breakfast queues. Dinners at the hotel's three restaurants must be booked at least one week in advance. For example, on Thursday, seats in any of the restaurants were only the next Tuesday. Thus, you should look for normal food in the city, call a taxi or rent a car. The hotel has a pebble beach, the sea has a significant depth just off the coast. If you don't swim well enough, you can get in trouble.

Anassa has a beautiful landscaped area and a wonderful view. Also, the hotel is exceptionally clean, high quality cleaning twice a day. These are all positive aspects.

Not warned about the amount of steps to reach pool areas, difficult with mobility issues. Lack of signs, stood outside restaurants and no signs to say which they were. The Bar Coding system was impractical especially when requesting a glass of wine with meal which had already been served and being requested to get phone out, and check the wine list on bar code!! refused and just said bring a glass of house wine! breakfast no side plates then no butter had to ask for everything which you would expect to be already on the table. We were up and down never quite knew what was available as no menus.
