overall, the place had a chill vibe. it was a relaxing stay with everything nearby; swimming pool, gym, spa and parking as well. The room was clean, tidy and cute. Breakfast was standard as every where else. Location was quite good, close to the city centre.

It was a shame that the bar areas weren't busier of an evening which meant they lacked atmosphere - but that's not a fault of the hotel.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location, good breakfast. Our deluxe one bedroom suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area was very nice.

The breakfast was ok, but no one made our eggs which was a disappointment and the food was exactly the same everyday.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, our room was so modern and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was quite big and amazing... oh and the mattress- had the best sleep ever!

Initially I have booked Superior 1-bedroom apartment, but at check in I find it dark and with old furniture. The hotel staff assisted for upgrade to delux 1 bedroom apartment and it was much better.

Very good location-2nd row after beachfront hotels, 3 min walk to beachfront area full of shops and restaurants and seaside walk area. Outside and inside heated pool, excellent breakfast.

All was great overall. Few points where is some space to improve a service a bit: bedsheets and extra beds' blankets - bit uncomfortable and unpleasant material. Bathroom door - bit noisy and squeaking

The hotel Is slightly remote from the promenade, about 10 minutes walk.

Hotel is elegantly designed. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very spacious, with all the necessary equipment including a refrigerator, stove, oven. It also had a nice terrace. Hotel offers an outdoor and indoor heated poll, and a spa center with dry and wet saunas. Breakfast was very good, WIFI signal was strong and fast. Many pubs and restaurants are available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Actually, nothing. Everything was very good.

Nice pool in the middle, equipped with beds and shade, bar in the pool area. Clean. We slept in a renovated room that was very good. Great location, a few minutes from the sea front and main street. Nice indoor pool and Gym. Sauna and steam bath were excellent, at extra charge.

1. There needs to be cold water in the gym, it’s inconvenient not to be able to drink after a workout. 2. We wrote before our arrival ( for 4 nights) asking for lactose free milk which we need. The response was that the hotel offers plant based milk. We asked again to try and have lactose free milk for our stay, the second time there was no response.

We had a suite which was very large and convenient and for a good price. The location is excellent, short walk to the promenade and harbor, many restaurants around. The room and facilities were clean and well kept and the staff was very helpful.
