the room was very clean and comfortable. The food at the pool was surprisingly very good which made our stay at the pool all day without the need of going out to eat. Lovely pool for children, overall very good, not luxurious but good for its price.

1. Bad breakfast experience not enough for 3 star hotel- Although there was a buffet style breakfast, it was the same everyday with light modifications, and it was not tasty at all. Some products were in low quality (sausages, fried prosciuttos, salami, juice, coffee…). For 1-2 night stay it can be ok, but for longer stay it is not good enough. Although you can find to eat something good (fruits), but I will not recommend to book a room with breakfast included. It’s better to take it from near supermarket. 2. Very small, tiny bathroom, except walk in shower, which was ok. However, as the overall space was small, there was always water on the floor after showering, and the floor towel was not enough to cover it. 3. Bad schedule of cleaning service. It started around 8:30 am (when normally some people were in beds or were in the bathroom) and finished in early afternoon. One day I put “don’t disturb” tag at 8:00 am, and removed it after 9:30am and immediately put it “please make up my room” tag. I went out from the hotel and came back after 2:00pm. I noticed that my room was not cleaned. I asked about the issue, and the receptionist told me, in blaming way as there was a tag of “don’t disturb” the cleaner didn’t enter. I noted that later (before afternoon) I put the other tag, but she kept blaming me in that situation, and was not ready to accept hotel’s error. That lady was not customer friendly in other situations as well, but for ethical reasons I will not mention who was that. Next morning, the cleaner (with no appropriate knowledge of English) noticed me and started to justify her omission with unfriendly tone by explaining me that I put “don’t disturb”. I tried to explain her that she should come back after some time and check the status of the tag issue, but due to her lack of English knowledge it didn’t work. The hotel staff and management should recognize that “Customer is always right”! I checked in late evening.

1. Great location- the hotel is in the center, very close to cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants (5 min walk to the main area). Nearby is a supermarket and a pharmacy. The hotel is close to the beaches (10 min walk to Limanaki and Paradiso beaches). However I didn’t like both of them due to underwater rocks. For better comfort you should walk to Melissa beach (20 min) or take a bus to Nissi beach. 2. Good bedroom, good balcony, enough space in a wardrobe and comfortable beds, as well as big dining area (both closed and open air by the pool)

That the pools were closed at 18:00!!! And at 10:00 they were still closed. Oh and I didn’t like the price for one night more that hundred euros ai ai ai

The bathroom design (tiles) could have been better. I think a frosted glass sliding door on the bathtub instead of a curtain would have elevated the look of the bathroom and make it look more luxurious.

The design of the rooms is beautiful. The shades of turquoise used fit perfectly a seaside hotel. The swimming pool area is wonderful. Kind and friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Convenient location. Parking available. Plenty of breakfast options.

Unfortunately I didn't like the breakfast, it was not tasty. Also I didn't like the teenagers that made many noise, the come back after party at 4am and did many noise, it was little bit uncomfortable.

The staff was very nice and kind. In the total the hotel was nice. I like the pool. The room was simple. I was with the car, in the hotel you can find great parking.

Very noisy at night, we could here all of the rooms nearby. The dinner was not good The pool was a little dangerous since the color of the floor was chipped and my son cut his foot

I didn't like that the staff were so noisy. In the early afternoon I decided to have a nap but it was impossible because the ladies who cleaned the rooms on the same floor chatted too loud.

The room was smaller then expected, as it was a superior I thought it would be larger. Also for this kind of room I was expecting modern bathroom (e.g. with rainshower and so) actually like the one I saw in the pictures on booking. I Would suggest to improve the bathroom when possible.🙂 Also the breakfast was not bad, not that much veraity, but fair enough, but they should also add some sweets which were there in the weekend, but not on other days of the week.

The view was great, you could partially see the sae! It has a big balcony with sunbeds which was perfect 🥰the placement of the hotel is very convenient- shops, bus stops, restaurants nearby. The sea was also not far. There was not that much noise at night which was good. The personal on reception desk was very nice and helpful. Overall a good stay!

Аs a recommendation - maybe it's good to have more information about recommended tourist attractions in the Cyprus and how to reach them.

The hotel is centrally located in close proximity to the central beach, restaurants, shops, bus stations and attractions in Ayia Napa. I recommend it to all my friends because it is very convenient - in a central location, but quiet and with a pleasant atmosphere, with a reasonable price. A particularly friendly staff helps with everything you need. The hotel is very clean and maintained, the room has all amenities and the food is delicious. Аlong the coast there is a wonderful promenade for evening walks. The transfer from the central bus station is very well priced.
