The breakfast was not that diversified especially in terms of fresh fruits and deserts.

The location is close to centre but quiet in the same time.

I liked everything!

The hotel was super nice, very clear, friendly staff, always ready to help, the location was perfect, as it is on a very quiet street, but 5 mins in a walking distance from the very cental street with restaurants and bars. I would reccommed this hotel to everyone who will go to Ayia Napa and would definetely come back here, not even looking for other options.

AC - not individual units, so one system pumps AC to all rooms and you turn yours on or off by wall controls. The issue is the noise. i turned mine off to sleep, but I could hear the AC in the rooms either side of me blasting - so it sounded like I was sat next to a loud blower! The rooms are not sound proofed to a very high standard. so I could hear neighbouring occupants shouting, singing and it was annoying. I know I am on holiday and I should chill, but idiots screaming until 23:30 does not help me to do that. The bed. The most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for many months (I travel to hotels in the UK for work) so I ended up with difficulty sleeping. The bed was a spring bed, but was absolutely rock hard and painful to sleep on. Breakfast. If you are a fan of cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheese, cereal - then you will be ok. But if you do not eat meat, have a wheat intolerance there is so little choice - so a segment of orange in skin, or a slice of lemon, or maybe some tinned fruit. NOT impressed. I asked for melon (they have it on their lunch and dinner menu - AND IT was on peoples plate some 2 hours later) and maybe an apple and one of the staff asked the reluctant ‘chef’ to get me some (not sure what she asked for but she said they would bring out what I’d asked for) and so what did I get ?? an ‘old’ apple cut into 6. why, when I wanted nothing else (so my request was economical viable) was it such a problem to get melon?? nope. not for me. i was told that they had none. - really?? So whilst the ambiance of the hotel is lovely, some of the staff go over and above - I probably won’t be returning.

the hotel is in an amazing location. Not too far from the main strip (5min walk) and is on the flat. The room was clean and staff at reception and in the bar, very helpful.

No product to find in the fridge, although on site booking the superior room is advertised : Fridge products are free.

They have some nice ladies in the staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Best wishes for the Romanian lady at the reception and for the evening shift lady at the restaurant , they were really kind.

Pool area no atmosphere if you want a bit more entertainment and not many beds. Very quiet at night time not necessarily a bad thing for everyone just a personal preference. Breakfast ok but not many options would be nice to have more fresh fruits and pastries but what they did have was nice. Staff just didn’t seem over friendly. Rooms tidied and beds made everyday but cleaning was very basic I think they made the beds and mopped bathroom floor bathroom wasn’t overly clean overall again it was a really reasonable price we got.

Good room size bedroom and bathroom. Great location if you want to be near all the restaurants and local beach. Price reflected what was offered it was a good deal and a comfortable hotel for a couple of used it mainly to sleep as we spent the rest of the time at the beach.

The fact that no one was checked at check in for covid pass was a bit un-nerving especially since no masks were required in the hotel, except by the food. The 3 in 1 soap dispenser was a bit disappointing as the site sid state complimentary toiletries. Quality of breakfast was disappointing even though there was a wide variety.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the nightlife on bar street! Super central. The superior room was great and spacious! My husband's birthday note was appreciated. The staff was very kind and helpful.

They do not provide any towels for the pool. You have to buy your own.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are clean. Facilities are available and clean. The swimming pool is great, and I would definitely come again. Breakfast is fine; it could have more varieties though.

Bath rooms could have been renovated and some items being replaced but overall the whole building was very clean therefore I wouldn't complain for minor details

Pool was small but very clean. Althogh the rooms were old (i.e. bath wasn't renovated for a while). Perfect location
