How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A little bit noisy from the main street, especially during night when locals do their "fast and furious" traffic light races. Not an apartment or the owners fault.
Perfect communication with the owner. Nice clean apartment with all facilities needed. Mostly recommended.

Everything was fine. Alex is a really nice and kind guy. We got very clear and detailed info for the check-in and other necessary info. Location is fine, a few bus stations from the city center.

The location could not be any better - you are meters away from beautiful beaches and at the same time in the centre of everything, surrounded by cofeterias, restaurants of every ethnicity. But to me the most important when I am not at home is the quality of the bed, and the cleanliness. I can happily say that they were both excellent. Highly recommended, I am definitely going back.

It's next to the street and it was still a bit noisy. It's probably better to have the Appartament to the rear side of the building.
Alexis is a super nice guy and really helpful. I forgot the key and he could help me. Also with the taxi and other stuff.

The apartment is modern and spacious, clean and comfortable in every way. It's located in an area where you have everything you need close by and the beach is only a few meters away. The host is exceptionally polite, responsive and goes out of his way to help.

Nothing about the apartment.,it is on a busy road but we were at the back , noise wasn’t that bad most of the time , we had ear plugs in case but only used a couple of times so wouldn’t put us off .
The apartment was very close to a blue flag beach , The communication with Alexis was perfect from the time we booked and was excellent during our stay . There is a bus every 15-20 mins from the road outside going along the coast. The apartment was spacious , great air conditioning, two balconies, comfortable bed and everything you could need, Super markets within walking distance . Away from the busy Old port and marina so less touristy. Lovely cleaning lady who kindly took in our luggage on our last day for a few hours , hugely appreciated.. Would recommend .

Great location, situated in an ideal part of Limassol. 10 minute drive one way to the old Port, Marina and Old Limassol district and at the same time surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars/clubs along the main road.

Everything was great. There were restaurants and areas with open spaces for events. We liked it because were able to listen to some new traditional music every day. However, for some, it could be a bit too loud.
Alexis is an amazing host, he was in touch far before the day of arrival and provided all the required info. He was very cooperative and extremely fast in solving any open questions. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed and clear, the lady who assists also lives nearby and is always available to help. Private parking is available. Location is very close to the good beach, supermarkets and kiosks are also in easy access.

The apartment is nice and clean, as well got air-conditions everywhere. In addition to that it has great location and it is very easy to go all around Limassol. Alexis is great and even that I did not managed to see him personally, his service over the phone was highly noticed. He send a list of directions as well pictures of the buildings near by and this made it very very easy to locate the apartment building. In addition to that he explains in everything as of where to park, how to enter the building, as well as your flat. I strongly recommend the place.

Their weren't many towels and basic kitchen stuff like pepper, oil or dish soap. But I'm sure that we would get some extra towels if i asked for it though.
Nice apartment, good location, clean and easy check-in. The host was very helpful and quick to respond.
