Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

QatarThe rooms don’t have electricity sockets near the bed to charge the phones. It was really a draw back.
The location of the property is very good . With large swimming area. The staff are very nice , specially the Receptionist team.

United KingdomComfortable, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner had good, tasty selection of foods and drinks. I loved the swimming pools. The only downside was the extra payment and prebooking required for sauna and steam. Great spa for good value, I'd highly recommend massage therapist Mercy. I'd stay there again.

United KingdomThe evening buffet was not the best. I know it was off season and they probably keep thing to a minimum to avoid waste but many of the serving dishes were empty. Breakfast was better. And there were snacks available at cafe till 5pm. Avoid the white wine and stick to cocktails. The view from windows isn't the prettiest but since this hotel is cheaper than those on the seafront you can't really complain. It does have the smallest balcony I have ever seen. It made us laugh when we saw it. Maybe it is so you don't focus on the view.
The staff were lovely. They are certainly a strength of the hotel.. Decor is warm and cosy . It was off season so the hotel wa quiet and calm. Beds were comfy and bathroom had a huge bath. We had a peaceful relaxing one night stay. Indoor swimming pool was pretty. Overall I think it was value for money and we would think about staying again.

GermanyThe breakfast was very basic, not like a 4* hotel Very little parking space, even for low season, I assume this is a problem in high season
Very spacious and well organized hotel, heated indoor pool - perfect for a December stay Even the outdoor pools were clean in winter, with the great weather we had, I actually used the children's pool with my daugther. Well maintained gym. Very friendly staff Great location for exploring the island

United KingdomNot the best evening meals. Limited choice and repetitive. No menu on display outside so you might consider dining elsewhere some evenings. Lack of evening entertainment. Bar expensive and only 'local' spirits on offer at premium prices. Seating in the bar was either stools or very low chairs. Certainly not the best given the age profile of customers over the Christmas/New Year period. The hotel shows its age in two very obvious ways. 1) No toilet paper down the loo. (A bin is provided but suggest that you take nappy sacks.) 2) Bathroom tap water is clearly labelled as not for drinking. In this case, a vending machine for water bottles, etc. in the reception would be a valuable and useful addition.
Very good range of facilities. Helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast. Very comfortable beds and daily maid service, except Sundays. Towels changed every day. Bottle of red wine in the bedroom as a 'welcome'. Short walk to frequent bus service (number 30) into Limassol centre. Choice of pools.

CyprusNot enough parking space, breakfast could have more options, no bath related accessories are provided, curtains were longer than the actual size of the terrace door hence they were got dirty by touching the floor.

GermanyWater temperature in shower flactuated by person when using it in the morning. Sometimes, it was cold, warm and hot. Not consistent at all. Also, air conditioning was not reliable - sometimes it worked fine in late evening, but not during the daytime. Finally, it would have been nice for the staff to let us know that you had to turn on certain switches for the hairdryer to work.

CyprusOnly criticism is the kids pool area is a bit tired and could do with a refurb ie some floor tiles were missing and water functions weren’t all working but, still a useable area.
Arrived earlier, around 10am and was checked in straight away with an upgraded room and use of all inclusive straight away. Staff were friendly and very helpful. So much food and you could mix it up with themed nights etc. you’d never be hungry!

IsraelThe rooms appear outdated. I'd prefer additional shower storage options, cabinets with clothing shelves, USB charging in the rooms, and updated furniture. Additionally, gluten-free food wasn't available as an option.
Impressive entertainment offerings, excellent pool amenities, and top-notch service—thank you! There is good restaurant bar next to the hotel. Taking bus 30 to the city center is also hassle-free.

CyprusThe kid's area is very slippery so was very dangerous for both kids and adults, also the fact that wet pool towels could only be changed once in three days is inconvenient as they did not dry during the night and there was nowhere to hang them, also the room was for a family and I was staying with small kids and we could hear entertainment outside and then underneath us in the bar (as we were right above it) until quite late in the night
Great breakfast, clean rooms and a great pool area for the kids
