Hygiene is not on the high point. Beds are not that comfy. We asked the hotel upon arrival if there are beach towels to be rented and received positive answer. We end up getting room towels for 3 EUR each.

The location is great, close to the beach and the bus stop, so you can easily get to the city center and popular Nissi beach. It's not that far to walk on both sides as well. The hotel itself is okay. Nothing too fancy, but decent. Having in mind that the season started recently, that it was a public holiday, the hotel was understaffed, but our room was cleaned each day and towels were replaced every second day. The room is a decent size. The terrace is great as well. Breakfast is okay, but there are not many options for a ten day stay (eggs, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumbers, butter, bread, sweets, cereals, juices, coffee). Overall we expected more. It probably wouldn't be our choice for the next Cyprus adventure.

We had breakfast only the first morning, it wasn't really up to our taste, it was a bit dry and tasteless.

The staff, location of the hotel, cleanliness - everything was very good and met our expectations. The staff was also kind to inform us about bus schedules for day trips to nearby cities.

We will definitely come back to the hotel next year, the only thing we would welcome is a small change in breakfast, which was very good, but there could also be scrambled eggs and more types of cheese or a larger selection of sweet breakfasts. Otherwise, the service was perfect and everyone was helpful. 🥳❤️🌸

Me and my mom stayed at Bellini hotel for a week in mid-October and have a really nice vacation. Our room was clean and spacious with mini-kitchen and we have all necessary utilities there that was pretty convenient for cooking. Also, the location of the hotel is very close to everything: supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beaches (10 mins to the nearest ones) and to Nissi beach it's also walkable (25 min), but in case you are tired the bus stop is close as well. If you want to relax, you could enjoy the time around the pool and have snacks in the bar there. Definitely could recommend for stay!

We loved our stay in Bellini! It's a modern hotel with a cozy pool area. We used it as our "base of operations" for trips around Ayia Napa and to Nicosia and it fit our needs perfectly. Rooms were clean, and cozy with a little balcony facing the pool (sunset side) great for a chill after a long day of travel. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Ayia Napa yet far enough so that the noise does not disturb your sleep.

Very close (100-300 meters) to many restaurants, few beaches, shops etc. Not so loud and quiet space. Very helpfull stuff. Nice rooms well equiped. Parking available. There were no sun beds wars, and was enough place for guests near the pool. Clean place, very comfprtable.

If I had to pick one thing I would say the beds are very very hard. So a few nights sleeping on them did get a bot rough on the back, but nothing a good beach session wouldn't fix right up!

This family run hotel is a lovely welcome yo Ayia Napa! Always happy to help and look after their guests. The rooms are large and have all basic necessities to make your stay comfortable. Great pool area big enough for all to enjoy as well.
