I really recommend staying at Bellini hotel, room was spacious and cleaned almost every day, stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Location is 10 minutes walk from the city centre, but it's closer to the beaches, you can even walk to some of them, bus station is very near, as well as the car and bike rental places.

The room was ok, at first sign everything clean except one bedspread and that was a little disappointing. Also for the girls who need +1 hair towel there may be few towels, since you only get 1 for face + 1 for body. Beds not so comfortable but the pillow is ok. :) Breakfast is tasty but could be improved with the variety. Since this is a hotel that is mostly visited in the summer, I feel that the service would be much more appreciated if these little things were improved :)

The location is best side of this hotel, between the harbor on one side and Nissi beach on the other so that is well connected with east and west side of Ayia Napa. It is stationed in a quieter area. Wi-fi was really ok as well as staff. The room is like an apartment, pretty ok. Price vs quality was fair enough.

Two times at around midnight there was no hot water.

The staff is very helpful, clean, modern, quiet rooms. It takes place in a peaceful area in the heart of Ayia Napa. Close to both beaches and downtown. Bus stops around 30 meters away. Plenty of shops nearby. If you on a short stay like 5-6 six days it's a perfect choice.

Very noisy party nearby, they had to change our room. The matress is too hard to sleep comfortably on, they need to improve this.

I liked everything.

The staff is very polite, the room was spacious, and clean. Air condition is excellent. The pool is nice. The location is 15 minutes walking from Nissi beach, and 15 minutes walking from the city center. Internet is good. We even had a safe (strongbox) for free. They also do not charge air condition or fridge.

The moment we arrived we were extremely happy with the hotel. Christina and her family were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel is beautifully renovated and extremely clean. They offer a great breakfast buffet and lunch items you can enjoy your meal by the pool. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping and night life. Thank you for making our trip extra special.

1. There is too many entrances to the hotel which are open all the time, even through the night. Technically anybody can enter the hotel without going through the reception, which was very suprising for us, especially when there is a dead end street and a nearby strip club. 2. There is no possibility of later check out, which is legitimate, but we feel it was communicated to us by the staff in quite unpolite way.

1. The accommodation is nearby to the very center of the town. 2. Parking is free and there is many free spots every day, never had any problem with parking. 3. The room was the same as described at booking. 4. Using of a room safe was free of charge. 5. The cleaning of a room and changing of the towels was not problematic as many comments below have described - the cleaning was provided almost every day except weekends.

Only one small towel hanger in the bathroom (for one towel), no towel racks (for drying bath towels) on the balcony, which we solved with the helpful staff, maybe the beds are a little too hard and the pillows too thin, but that's a matter of personal habit:)

The apartment was spacious and clean. We got fresh towels every day. Hosts are kind, happy to advice about destinations and places to visit, and making us Cyprus coffee each day. 😊 Hotel is situated near the bus stop and supermarket. Everything was amazing!

Staff was very pleasent and nice, great customer service, we asked if would be possible to change room from ground floor to balcony one and they provide us this option, so we changed it.
