The WIFI :((( no wifi, it was hot in the room, the aircon was 7 eur per day. you can consider this.

The location was good, approx 30 mins walk to the beaches, (p.s. the best one I discovered was the beach near Melissi hotel). The host was very nice and helpful. We asked not to clean the room every day,the room was clean enough.

Location was very close to the strip and the beach, very easy to get around to relevant points including the harbour with an easy walk. The host was very friendly and inviting and helpful, the apartment was clean and all facilities worked well. If I ever return to Cyprus this will definitely be my place of stay. Host even met us at 5/6am in the morning to hand over keys as we had a late flight, superb customer service.

no washing machine, horrible WiFi. I’m sure they’d give if you went down and asked, also depending on how long you’re staying, but they could’ve just kept extra sheets, toilet paper, towels etc in the accomodation.

We had to lay additional fees for AC and there only was one in the whole apartment, and we werr greeted with bad manners at 10:30 pm after a long flight and a long taxi ride by the receptionist

Pictures are different from the actual thing, location is good if you have ATV or any kind of vehicles, but if you're walking its going to be hard a little specially during the day

A tv in the room would’ve been nice and to not have to pay for air conditioning. Update the toilet to a more modern look and feel.

The Host Maria was so welcoming and helped me on several occasions from organising a taxi from the Soarito the airport. Letting me check in early and helping me navigate the area. The room was a decent size and had all basic things that you would need considering I booked it last minute as well. It was in the best location and walked everywhere because of this.

Some of the facilities were a bit old, e.g. fridge, bed in the leaving room, bathroom facilities, bathroom door. Usage of air conditioning is charged additional 7 euros per night.

Good value for money. 5 min walk from the main street, city centre and nearest bus stop, around 20 min walk from the city beaches. Quiet and comfortable place. Nice and pleasant hosts.

The localization is perfect! We doesn’t hear any sound of the bars by night. The person who received it was so great and good for us. The wi-fi isn’t perfect but it works. The clean was perfect. And the AC is an extra!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and close to the centre located in very quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped, modern as well. The owner, Maria was super helpful, polite, always there for any kind of doubt. The apartment was exactly like in the photographs, even better. There was no noise coming from the clubs or any noises in general. Supermarket, grocery shops in the same street. All recommendations, we will be back for sure! 😀

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The owner is very veeeery kind and available for everything we needed. ❤️ The location is very good, towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Iron is always available when you need it. All recommendations. If we come again, we will return to this accommodation

Love the location, everything was close. Supermarket, buss station where we can explore Ayia Napa even better and get to the airport, restaurants, clubs but also it was far enough that we don’t hear any noise. The host, Maria, was so nice, helpful and was there for everything that we needed.

The only bad thing is that the internet was slow, but it is like that on the majority of the island.

We stayed in the apartman for seven days, and I only have good things to say. The location is amazing, it is close to the center (only five minutes walk to Ayia Napa square) but it is calm in the night. During our stay our bed sheets and bath towels were changed regularly and the apartment was cleaned every two days. The rooms and the balcony were spacious. Our host was very kind and helpful.

Wi-fi didn’t reach my room. For me not a big deal as I was only there to shower and sleep but could be important to some.
