This is a stunning hotel. Everything works for complete satisfaction. It's really relaxing. We had a beautiful room with a fabulous view overlooking the sea. The pools are lovely, and we enjoyed the silence in the Adults-only pool. We will be back for sure.

Strongly recommend the hotel hires 2 top baristas, install a small coffee kiosk so their clients can have high quality coffee, cappuccino, freddo cappuccino, etc as you would find in major towns in coffee specialty shops. A minute cost to overall running cost.

Everything at the Four Seasons, is as it should be. Of the highest standard. Highly recommend.

Everything was great until our check out day…we had booked the garden studio suite. To our surprise, while we were still in the room with the curtains open, the pool guy was cleaning the pool (there was a swimming pool right outside our veranda). That wasn’t a problem until he came to our veranda and opened the jacuzzi, literally 2 meters away from us. And this wasn’t the end….the cleaning lady rang the bell at 11:40 (check out at 12) and after waiting literally 1 second she came into the room. I was so furious and I asked her why she didn’t wait to which she lied saying ‘I came to see if you needed anything’. I told her off and definitely won’t stay here again, the staff can’t wait to get rid of you. I told the lady at the check out about the incidents but nobody called me to apologize. They have a long way to go in terms of giving their clients some privacy. Some of the staff definitely do not respect the guests.

Nothing! Only recommendation would be to have the -1 rooms more clearly marked with signage because without assistance it would be impossible to locate them.

The hotel facilities are absolutely wonderful with very high standards across the property but what was really exceptional here was the quality of service. Every single staff member was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. We’ve been to world class hotels around the world but the hospitality here was a notch above the rest. Special shout out to Zina who attended to us at Calypso and Grill Room (sister hotel Amathus restaurants). Beyond her exceeding professionalism is a genuine warmth and caring for guests. Her passion for ensuring our comfort and her attentiveness go beyond any industry standard. Zina truly made our stay more memorable and we are grateful for her incredible service. Additionally, Nina at breakfast, along with the whole team, really went above and beyond the call of duty. Again, exceptional service by everyone - Colors, Seasons Asian, Vista and at the pool and beach.

The only bad piece of feedback is that the events organized by the concierge could have been explained more clearly. We went on a boat cruise, organized by the hotel's concierge, which involved 2 hours of driving, to and from, the port. Had we known about the significant drive, we would have spent our time and money differently.

Everything in this place is absolutely amazing! Everything from the welcome to the checkout off was great! Comfortable rooms, extremely clean, great bathroom products. We also thank you for the surprises and gifts for us and the child! The beach and pools are super clean and suitable for small children. The food is beyond fantastic!
