It needs to be refurbished and have new amenities. Also the gym needs a complete change, to include new equipment and a rowing machine.

The room space for the family and the pool area. The staff was amazing except the pool area, where there is no life guard on duty and the one bar staff covering the pool, with a pony tail, was really rude to the guests. Bossing around guest and not helping them. Very rude and I have reported him to the information desk.

The pool is not big enough and can get crowded at some point during the day. Beach sand is not as nice as we would like it to be. The sea wasn’t always clean and it’s not really the best beach that we used to go to.

Warm welcome at reception and very fast and straightforward check in. Rooms were beautiful, just as we requested them, sea views with balconies. Polite staff, always smiling and friendly. Cleaning ladies extremely helpful and they deserve all of the praises for their hard work and efforts. Breakfast was good, great varieties of food and choices. Breakfast outside sitting area is beautiful with olive green wooden details. Live music during breakfast, saxophonist or violinist each morning, really nice playing adding extra touch for the guests. Very well maintained garden with mature palms and beautifully decorated trees. I especially enjoyed garden area. Beautiful restaurant by the sea with small pots with olive trees on each table. It is avery nice touch to already beautiful restaurant with sea view. Pool bar is also nice and comfortable. There is a Japanese sushi bar but didn’t get time to try it. In general, food in the restaurant was good, as our big children are very fussy but still complemented carbonara spaghetti and Cyprus pizza with halloumi cheese. The beach was well maintained and there were plenty of spaces by the sea with sun-beds or above in the tree shade. We rented the car at airport as you should have it if you want to visit different places in Cyprus. Couple of nights we stayed in the hotel and we could enjoy Latino night with lots of professional dancers. Nice hotel , clean and comfortable.

The staff was super-friendly. Even though the hotel was full, there was plenty of room both at the private beach and the pool. Michael made the stay extra special at the Tycoons Bar. Breakfast was great!

Room cleaning was done at the afternoon but hotel guests usually want to rest at that time. If cleaning is done in the mornings it will be better.

Hotel is not so new but so clean. Beach is wonderful and hotel is not far away from the beach. Staff is so helpful.

Not much to complain..... Wish the pool could stay open for one more hour... It was from 9am to 7pm... Not too bad, but since we were there during peak summer, an extra hour in the evening would have been better...

Everything was great, but the best were their service and pool... It wasn't crowded when we were there mid July.. .. Every staff member was willing to help and happy to accommodate our requests.. Pool was 2.15m on the deep end, which is good.. Good water quality... The private beach was a blessing as we could see the beach beside this hotel being quite packed.. Food was good, a bit pricey, but can't complain much about the buffet and a-la-carte options.. Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious, with a good balcony... We had a rental car, so explored the city centre comfortably... It is better to have own car as the place is a bit removed from the centre... I also found the resort catering to adults and kids pretty well... It wasn't the cheapest option, but totally worth it.

The food at breakfast wasn't the usual high standard I am used to at this hotel and I've been visiting for about 25 years. The tomatoes weren't fresh either. Every omelette had black specks in as the pan wasn't wiped between each use . Lunch at the Aloha pool was delicious, although the service was very slow, it was well worth the wait. The bathrooms are outdated and need redoing.

The staff were so friendly. The hotel is very clean and well kept. I love that the pool and the beach are so close, connected by a beautiful garden. The view from our room was breathtaking. The sea and the marina.
