Indoor pool was cold and unusable. Breakfast was provided but the selection was limited and the food taste was not great. Room was not always cleaned properly and some towels we recieved did not appear to be well laundered. Shower amenities could be better provided as well as no tissue papers box in the room. Air condition left a bad smell in the room. One night we returned to the hotel to find our room door completely open.

Location is very near to the beach and Old Town, as well as the Municipal Garden and Zoo. Appreciated that we had three full beds in the room. Coffee and milk provided every day. Room size was acceptable and there were lots of storage spaces. Parking is easy to find around the hotel. We had a room with a balcony and a nice view.

Although the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom door needed repairs. The latch was stuck and it wasn't closing properly.

Nice, cosy room at a convenient location. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was rich and delicious. In the evenings, on specific days, they had live music events. We will choose it again for sure.

We chose the hotel due to its location and swimming pool, gym facilities which did not meet our expectations. The indoor pool was cold and the saunas were not working. Also my husband and I like to share our sauna experience so was not impressed to find that there was not a communal sauna.

Food was fine with a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful though the receptionist on duty when we arrived was busy with constant phone calls so we had to hang around. Check in was eventually quick and easy.

The bad smell in the room, no air freshener, old plumbing, sometimes had to make some hacks to use it. I booked a room with breakfast and diner included and personal asked me sometimes my room number to check is that available for me or I should pay for it by terminal. The inside swimming pool was so cold in February so it’s really hard to use it.

Locks were poor. I had to show my card 5-10 times, until the door opened. The last night we spent about 10 minutes with my wife at the door, trying to do, what we had fantasy. With both cards. Finally we went to reception to recode the cards

I had scrambled eggs both mornings and both times they were at best tepid. Putting food on cold plates doesn't help but i can only think they were not very hot in the first place.

The room was fabulous v clean and everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is quite old, however well maintained. Everything was clean, and there was everyday room service. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice, location is extremely comfortable

Breakfast selection is small, some products are not of very high quality. Also, there is a field nearby where every night there is a car race or something like that, which makes a lot of noise and the hotel can hear it very well even with the windows closed.

The hotel is close to the intercity bus stop and about 2 kilometers from the city center, where most restaurants and cultural attractions are located. The room is spacious and has everything you could need. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Probably the gym facilities were not the best but not a huge issue. There is a nice gym just next to the hotel.

The room and the hotel, in general, were all very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the internet was amazing. The staff were super friendly and dealt with every request of mine. I would definitely visit the hotel again be it for work or holidays.

Nothing to dislike

Very good hotel close to the centre of Limassol and across the main road to the beach. My room was spacious, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. There was also a fridge with complimentary bottled water, (you could get it stocked before arrival if you wanted). Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very efficient. Wifi worked well, and there was also a TV with several English language news channels. Shower was hot and powerful, and shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel has a good sized outdoor swimming pool, with plenty of sunbeds, and towels are available from reception. Breakfast was buffet style with a choice of hot and cold food. Staff at reception were very helpful on arrival and departure.
