The Dinner was overpriced and lacked versatility, it compared very badly against even average restaurants around the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect.

Very close to restaurants, the beach, and boardwalk and other attractions. Breakfast was good and the pool was the exact size and temperature for a comfortable visit with small kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever been.

The rooms were a bit small, but since it was a free upgrade no complains there :) too much sun was getting in the room in the afternoon.

The breakfast had a variety of goodies to chose from. We have been upgraded to the renovated rooms which was a pleasant surprise!! Rooms and bathrooms were clean, new furniture and good mattress.

We found the bed was very hard so we struggled to get a good nights sleep.

We had dinner at the hotel the night before leaving, but did not enjoy it. The chicken was chewy and the food combination was not well thought out. The price charged for the meal was high considering that very little was eaten. We still regret having dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our bathroom ceiling needed some attention as there were gaps in the ceiling, it looked like someone had shifted the cladded ceiling but had not restored it level or without gaps.

The breakfast was very good, there was a lot of choice and it was sectioned nicely to avoid overcrowding in any areas. The room was nicely arranged and easy to maintain. The hotel was positioned well for us, with the beach a short walk away. The shops were around the corner and the bus stops for either direction, were very nearby. Perfect.

The property is now looking outdated and could do with a refresh… that said it’s very clean, friendly staff who are meeting professional and a nice pool to relax by.

The location as the beach road is busy and the hotel is a minute walk and away from the bustle of the traffic.

We didn't have anything to complain about.

We had room on 6th floor and it was nice and clean. Maybe a bit small after they brought a baby cot for out son, but still we managed to move around the room fine. The rooms and bathrooms are renovated and we had a room with nice balcony having a side view of the sea and the pool and garden bellow. The breakfast was generous and tasty buffet and for dinner we were offered bread basket with butter, soup, warm or cold salad, choice of 4 different main course and a delicious desert or fresh fruits. Both meals were more than enough to make us full. The hotel garden and pool are beautiful and comfy, you can have your meals outside by the pool and also there is a kids play area with slides, a small castle, table tennis and football goals. It was great to keep our little one entertained. The location is great, about 20 min walk to the fancy marina or city centre with castle and the walk is next to the sea though a park. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Nothing really Ww we’re looking for somewhere to provide some Spring sunshine and we were not disappointed

We liked the easy manner of all the staff. We had bed and breakfast but we had 2 evening meals in the hotel, and they were excellent. The staff were helpful in getting us to the hotel from the airport and also getting us back into. The pool was lovely and kept very clean and the bar was available all day whilst we sat outside. We Will definitely stay there again.

Small bathroom, old elevators, old door in room (requires fix or repaid), everything else was great.

Breakfast was great. Location of hotel is pretty good, we walked by seafront to marina (center of the city) pretty quickly. Many restaurants and caffe around and nice seaside view.

The staff in the bar were rude and got angry with us thinking we didnt pay for the food even though we did. They asked for it in a very rude way and didnt listen to us.

Very good location, room was spacious. The limited sea view is really a limited sea view. You dont hear the sound of the road or anything when windows closed
