Rooms need renovation, the equipment is old and damaged.Rooms are not for 5 star hotel. Some of the lifts were old and some times were delayed. Some locations smelled weird especially in the downstairs (-1). Also when we arrived at the room, we found a used drink. The housekeepers maybe forgotten it but this is not a good (first) impression for a customer.

Good facilities, good food and drinks, good entertainment programs, great pools and waterpark

You dont have Quality Cheese on the table, I think that is very important for your introduction. Sorry but we are cheese producer, and for us is not Ok that a nice Hotel like you to have a bad Quality cheese. Only the Haloumi was not bad. Plese put 2 kind of quality cheeses for the future. There is a Russian speaking lady, may be between 55 / 60 years old on the reception, who was not polite.

Waitress and service people in the restourants were very polite!

Normally in hotels they have information detailing contact numbers for things like reception and housekeeping but there was nothing. There was no signage on walls to let you know what floor you were on or direction you needed to take to certain destinations. There is a room to store cases after checking out but no proper security. We walked away with our stuff and no one took any notice.

Every meal was excellent with plenty of choices in fact so many we struggled to decide. Pool was bi enough for everyone to splash in when wanted. There is a separate pool area with water slides for the kids. Room and balcony was good size and cleaned each day. Kettle and fridge in room with replacements each day. Staff all friendly and helpful

Not five stars, because hotel requires some renovations, but it is a lovely hotel. You get good service, nice food, professional staff who can be reached easily and they don't ignore your needs. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

Upon registration we got our room upgrated, so we had a sea view and a balcony with sunbeds which was lovely! The room itself was basic, but clean. Towels were changed daily, cleaning lady was very friendly and cleaned the room well, topping up our coffee supplies and shower gift sets daily. Hotel is run well, every issue is addressed, food is slightly repetative, but we always found something to eat. Highy recommend booking all inclusive, because we booked half board and regreted immediately, since eating out can be quite expensive. Also when you book all inclusive you get one dinner at a restaurant, spa procedures, water slides and lovely drinks at the bar.

No direct access to, or sandy beach. However did note this on booking. Resterant can be busy and noisey as can be with large volume of people on All inclusive. Can avoid by eating as less popular times. Staff including certain reception and restaurant staff could be more pleasant, seem tired, unhappy at work at times.

Sea view from balcony.in room lovely and relaxing. Evening terrace outside bar and lobby bar staff member, David in particular very pleasant welcoming and helpful. Other waiter staff in this area helpful and provided good service. Lovely coastal walking path right in to paphos about 3 miles. Walking distance tomb of the kings and a lidl. Excellent selection and varied choices of food through out the day.

Staff were all great, rooms were clean, very modern hotel, food was good and the drinks. The waterpark was good although it was free you cant use your all inclusive wristband in it to get snacks or drinks and you cant take them in with you either you have to purchase them off the waterpark. Entertainment was ok could be a bit better the usual bingo kids disco and a few nights with different singers i loved the violinist.through the day i saw the aqua aerobics (i didnt do it though) Local bus stop about 3 min walk from hotel i vistied paphos shopping and the harbour also coral bay beach price was €2 per adult i bought the daysaver as i done a few trips per day and night the daysaver is €6.50 per adult for unlimited bus travel until midnight. When you needed to pay for another ticket so plan your journeys if using buses. Although there are plenty taxis available almost everywhere. There were 3 al a cart restaurants italian greek and mexican i personaly didnt use them but you need to prebook them at least the day before. Pool towels are free but if you dont return it you will be charged €10.

The free wifi statement is (mostly) false. It is the first time I ever encountered this, but you have payment plans for internet. There is indeed one free option. It allows you to connect just one device per room, with a maximum speed of 20 Mb/s. If you want to connect more devices to the wifi or get a better internet speed, you have to pay at least 5 euros. The materials used for the rooms at least felt cheap and poorly maintained. We had a glass balcony that was pretty dirty, the furniture in the room was quite old, cheap, and in bad condition. However, the bed sheets were clean. Speaking of cheap, there is the option to get unlimited drinks by purchasing the All-Inclusive service. If you don't have the All-Inclusive you have to pay for each drink. The prices are quite decent (around 4.9 euros per cocktail), so that is fine. The problem is they use very cheap and low quality alcohol beverages, so the cocktails are not that good. Also, the bartenders got the quantities wrong a few times, resulting in some really strong cocktails. Another big problem is the fact that almost all sound goes through the walls. You could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were next to you, which can get very frustrating at times. This is most definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. It is lacking in some aspects, and I think that 4 stars would be a fair ranking. Still, I believe it is good value for money, especially off-season, in May, September, and October. If you want to go to a 5 star hotel, I would not reccomend this. However, it is still a more than good deal, especially for the money you pay. There are a lot of big empty spaces. While going towards the so-called spa area, the hallways felt like an area where guests were not allowed, like that was a maintenance area for the hotel employees.

I liked the food. There was enough variety and there was something new every day. The location is also amazing, the hotel being right by the sea. There are lots of parking spots and a bus station right in front of the hotel, providing a very good connection with the surrounding areas, Coral Bay and Paphos. Buses are very reliable and are a great way to travel if you don't want to rent a car. There is a shop in the hotel, with some sweets, souvenirs, and cigarettes, which is very convenient. Some items are of course slightly overpriced, but nothing outrageous. The swimming pool area is very nice, with a great view and space for everyone. I got 2 meals a day, breakfast and dinner. I appreciated the fact that you can request to have lunch instead of dinner if that is what you want. It is a great option for those who want to walk around Paphos in the evening and eat at a local restaurant.

Good place to be if you are camel 🐪 or beduin, since you can't get water from nowhere except bar. On the breakfast you can see ppl pile up on dispenser for trying to fill water on bottle with machine that fill up 100 mil per turn. All else were kind of ok

No information was provided to help enjoy the experience, no information about the city, the staff reception not very friendly, weird smell in the room’s bathroom, not enough towels, a very old small tv and so dirty

The view from the room, the food and drinks are available all the day, the facilities, a big swimming pool which offers more confort, the spa and the staff, there is a shop inside the hotel it’s very smart idea, the taxis are reachable from the hotel parking, you can rent also a car inside the hotel

Would have liked More music throughout the day at the bars but overall was extremely happy

The staff were great and accommodated any of our requests including having family who stay locally for breakfast and an evening meal. The cleanliness was apparent with attentive staff ensuring all guests catered for. As a vegetarian the food choice was good. Great mix of age group staying at hotel.

Good food only on Sunday at noon. Sunday evening and Monday not good food at all. Most probably the chief was on Easter holiday after Sunday Easter meal. I was sorry that we booked Sun and Monday and not Sat and Sun. Most probably they have good meals on weekends when majority of locals are doing the checkin.

Nice rooms and great facilities. Very good location. We had a good time. The food was not good on all days.

One minor negative point, but for some may be important, the room didn't have hand and face towels. There was only one bath towel for each person. We asked the reception to bring us one but they never did. I have also asked the lady cleaner to give us one but she said they don't have.

The whole set up of the hotel is wonderful. Very big pool, four different bars within and around the hotel gardens all overlooking the sea, very big and comfortable lounges, food was very good with vast selection of dishes.

I didn’t like the fact that the water park bar was not included within the all inclusive package. Found it strange as had stayed at other hotels in cyprus with similar facilities that did offer this.

The facilities were lovely and well maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional, the men clearing the plates were so kind and caring towards us and our children
