Reception staff helped me a lot, they gave us free charger adapters, for any information they were there for us. Breakfast also very tasty and fresh. Surely I would come back again.

I wasn't cooking in the apartment except of making greek pita for kids for the beach. A kitchen cloth would be good to have and a veggie peeler.

The stay was just excellent, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast with local food inluded, coffee from the coffee machine, homemade lemonade. Walking distance to the city centre, to Nissi beach we used a car to get there with kids, but it's possible to walk. We liked the spacious size of the apartment and shops location. Big thanks for the breakfast packages we got as the flight was very early. Nicely packed and all we needed. Nissi beach is such a beautiful place that we would come back. Highly recommend.

The shower should have had doors, so that water wouldn't come on the whole floor. The breakfast food should vary.

Breakfast food was the same throughout the whole week. The location is good, you can reach the most beautiful beaches by 5 minutes drive or you can walk by the sea and takes 7 mins from the apartment to reach it.

The water pressure isn't good, so having a shower took a while and had to heat the water to take a shower. And the shower cubicle isn't very big. The separate restaurant wasn't open, but the website implied it would be open during the time of my stay.

It was very clean and roomy, two large balconies with sun loungers. Plenty of storage. Lots of plug sockets. Large fridge freezer and a washing machine. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast - the food was the same throughout the entire period, with almost no changes. It got boring after a while. Garden not well-kept. Parrot in a cage. There is really cold water in the swimming pool at the beginning of November (end of the season).

The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful people. They are willing to answer any question. Great attitude. The apartament was convenient and the size is really large. Additionally, it is cleaned on a regular basis. Nice view on the swimming pool. Location is also not bad.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor as one light bulb had burnt out. We didn't use the kitchen but it could be better equipped. The beautiful tropical garden next to the hotel restaurant, which probably used to be a bar, looks neglected and needs a bit of maintenance.

We got a room upgrade and stayed in a nice spacious apartment with a large terrace overlooking the pool. The location is good, restaurants and the center are nearby, but it's not noisy. The choice of food for breakfast was average although the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very nice place to stay with family with kids. Rich and tasty breakfast, nice pool, friendly personel and so on. Location also perfect, away form main street, but close enough (2 minutes walk).

Very nice, large, appartment with pool view, little bit older, but very clean. Big and clean pool with pool bar and sunbeds. Great location, few minute to best beaches by car. Right next to the many restaurants and bars, but very quiet. Walking distance to the main centre. Nice and Very helpfull stuff.

Towels and bed sheets were dirty, also the sink was stucked, we asked the staff to help us solve it.

Location is convenient, close to the center, but not on the noisy main street. Apartment was very big, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing and quiet property with large balconies surrounded with beautiful garden. The staff of the hotel are amazing, super friendly and kind. The apartments are clean daily. All in all, excellent experience and to recommend highly for holiday in Ayia Napa. 😄

We took the luxury apartments which were fantastic. Had everything we needed to cook dinner. The apartment was cleaned daily and we had no problem drying our towels daily on the sunny huge veranda (as we do at home). We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring our own towels for the pool Was good wifi all over the grounds. Despite being fairly close to the main tourist area it was VERY quiet. Stassis and his staff were all very friendly. If you are looking for a holiday apartment this is definitely a wonderful choice at an amazing price.

The breakfast (food is ok, well cooked but one would enjoy a larger variety)

Very good accommodation. Nice pool, nice tropical garden, nice views wherever you get the balcony/terrace, lots of flowers and trees within the garden. Big apartments with everything you need also for self catering purposes (optional because there is also a restaurant in the facility). Quiet location not too far from city center.

we (2 families with children's) stayed in 2 separate apartments, the apartments were nice, clean and big, the apartments are well maintained. place is few minutes from the main street. There is a basic breakfast which is the same each day but for us it was OK, pool area was nice. Staff services were good. we loved the place and recommend for your stay
