Nothing it was perfect

The owner of the property was very nice and helpful from first booking until we left. The 2nd floor apartment is perfect and has everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday including two balconies on off the main bedroom and the other leading off from the main living room with a table and chairs to eat you’re meals whilst enjoying the sea views. The location could not be better off the beach front and close to the marina, shops , Restaurants and bars.

Could use a bit better cleaning and some hooks/hangers for clothing but overall nothing to complain about.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. AC heating works fine and thicker bed linen is provided, which is important in the winter season. Sunny terrace with a stunning view is lovely!

Communication from/with the owners of the apartment was absolutely amazing. I received many tips for restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the apartment - I used some of them and I have never been disappointed. The owners were also very helpful when there were any problems. I can only recommend!!! Definitely 10********** from me.

We stayed betwen 19-24 september. Everything was clean, and the host, Alex is amazing. He gave us a lot of useful information, we comunicated very well and very easy. There are some discounts at some restaurants. From the apartment to sandy beach is 1 minute walk. Coffee and restaurants are plenty around. The water is perfect including for children.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. We had an apartment with a nice sea view. It is amazing. A bus stop to the airport and other places is nearby, that is very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. All the facilities are available. Highly recommend to families and couples!

The sliding door to the bathroom didn't have a key! I'm sure it was there...just we didn't find it. But that didn't ruin our marvellous trip at all.

The amazing view of the ocean when you first open your eyes in the morning is spectacular. Exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen has everything you could want. Very comfortable in ever aspect.

- the bathroom. It definitely requires some renovation, there are signs of mould appearing. Refurbishing is needed - not spotless clean - a little bit dated - the double bed is pretty hard

- very spacious apartment - two bedrooms - fast Wi-Fi, good for working remotely - communication with the owners - possibility of later check out - two terraces with nice view - well-equipped - self check in - great location

Alexandros was pleasant, friendly and a Superhost. He was able to check us in within 2 hours of booking as we had a bad experience on another property booked elsewhere. Clean, Spacious Apartment with all basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is in the heart of Larnaca on one of the most popular beach promenade the Finikoudes with plenty of food choices, cafes, bars and plenty of shopping on the street just parallel to finikoudes with local, traditional shops as well as souvenir shops and modern well known shops. A wonderful host who couldn't be more helpful and a pleasant stay with a perfect view! Thank you Alexandros we will definitely stay again in the future!

The parking is not free. The aircondition is the same for both rooms so it was or on or off. The faucet in the bath is too small. There is no ventilation so the stinch stays. Not enough toilet paper, plastic bags for bins or towels, the extra costs money. The floor is noisy. The fridge is small. The couches are too low. The table glass is not connected to the legs. There is no curtain in the shower so the whole bathroom gets wet. Not enough cookware.
