I liked there everything

The owner is very helpful and nice,friendly person. The apartman is extra clean and upmarket. Location is just the best in Ayia Napa, evetything is close to the apartman. The were waiting for us with home baked delicate cookies, water, coffee. Its our second time there, and if I will go to Ayia Napa, sure I will stay there again. I can just recomend it for everybody.😊❤️👍

Great location! Mrs Maria was the best host ever (her husband also). We felt very pampered, the hosts were very attentive to us (first time since I am using booking that I received this kind of attention).

This accommodation does not seem to belong to the part of the city where it is located. The street above is full of bars and discos. If you're young and want to go out, it's great, but if you want quiet, it can be noisy.

The hosts are two wonderful people who are very kind and always ready to help. We felt like part of the family. The sweets and fruits that the host left for us every day were delicious. The room was nice and very clean. If we ever go back to Aya Napa, we will be in this same apartment

The owners are sooooooooooo nice! They are so hospitable, evry other day we had platter eigther of fruits or some domestic sweets. Considering that the appartments are located in the center of the clubbing area, the owner gave us the apartment that is more tucked in, free of charge(bcs we had studio, and usually for those one bedroom apps, that are bigger, you need to upgrade and pay) so my mom can have a great rest and vacations as well. Really, the kindest and nicest owners that I had ever met! For sure we are coming back!! ❤️

The location is excellent, right in the center, and 5 minutes walking from the bus station. The accommodation is in a street with a lot of nightclubs and bars, and it can probably be noisy, although I didn't have that problem. Everything is clean, the hosts are helpful, they always check if everything is in order, and in addition, every day they make an effort to surprise you with some desert (cake, fruit...). You feel that someone cares, it gives a sense of security.

Nothing to complain about - everything was perfect!

Everything was amazing, we had the most pleasant stay at Maria Zintili, the rooms were clean and cosy, the staff was amazing and we were welcomed every day with complimentary homemade sweets. The size of the rooms fit our needs, we had a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Also, the bathroom had everything we needed and was cosy enough. Whatever information we needed, we were provided with. We will definitely come back to this amazing place and even better hosts.

The only thing that was a bit off was the water pressure in the shower, it was pretty low, I’m used to high pressure. But it wasn’t that big of a deal

There could have been more dishes in the kitchen. There are basic things and the hosts are proactive to supplement if anything is needed.

Everything was good. The room was clean and big. The womman left us a cake or fruit everyday. location is near bus stop and the night clubs. the last day of our stay here we ask to come back from beach before our fly to take shower and the man was so nice and say that we can do that. Thankfull for this experience here. Deffinitly will come back if we are coming to Ayia Napa.

Hospitality of hosts is at most highest level, they made our stay comfortable and informed us of everything. They give us instructions where to go for shopping, where to catch a bus. For welcome we got fresh juice and after every cleaning there was something new from owners as like as cookies or fruits. The facility is at night clubs street so if you don't have problem with loud music at late hours than you can choose to stay here.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, always going out of their way to keep the guests completely satisfied. The apartment was cleaned regularly. We had an early flight, and they allowed us to check in a lot earlier than the determined check-in date. This is our second time here - if we ever return to Ayia Napa, we know where to book. We couldn't have possibly found better service anywhere else. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

The apartment is located in the middle of streets with pubs and night clubs. Regardless of that, the apartments are separated in their own street. The hosts are gentle and pay attention to details. The apartment was very clean, they regularly change the towels and sheets and give us beach towels. The apartments are highly recommended.

Within close proximity to the nightlife, supermarkets and one of the beautiful beaches. The proprietors were amazing, lovely and friendly, they were very knowledgeable and helped us with directions, buses etc. The apartment was great, and cleaned regularly, and the added special touch was the home made cake and fresh watermelon. We would be back in a heart beat !!

It is a great location in general, however if the apt is oriented to the street it can be noisy due to vicinity to many clubs.

The hosts were amazing. I have to single out the hosts and give them a clean 10. The location of the apartments is close to literally everything, discotheques, markets, and restaurants, and from there, you can easily navigate and catch a bus to various beaches. Everything was super in the accommodation, and we had everything we needed. They even offered us beach equipment (towels and a sun umbrella :) ) I totally recommend it.

We had a great experience at Maria Zintili Apartments. The location itself is great because in that street are clubs, pubs and markets. The bus station and bigger markets are 3 minutes away from accommodation. The room was so cozy, nice and clean, we had everything that we needed during our stay. The hosts are very nice, kind and hospitable people. They were bringing us fresh fruit and cookies everyday. If I ever go again to Ayia Napa, I would definitely book a room at Maria Zintili Apartments 😊

Staff is wonderful, very polite and helping. Apartment was always clean. Because of the location we worried about the noise, but you could barely hear any. When we got there, our studio wasn’t ready (because previous guests didn’t check out on time). They gave us a better apartment for the same price, which was great. Staff was always sooo nice, and they gave us fruit and sweets every time they had a chance.
