As much as I'm happy with my stay but I wished that the pillows were more comfortable also the stairs to the second floor is not suitable for everyone but for me they are fine

Let's start with the location, it's 3 minutes walk to the beach and near the harbor where you will have the amazing food and go on amazing cruises to the magical blue lagoon the apartment is two floors, with all the facilites that you will need also with a back yard and two terrace on the front side TV is working if you want to watch movies on netflix, the kitchen fully equipped The parking is amazing and the area is so quite

Rear outdoor seating are isn't private, although it did have a table, chairs and shower.

The rear patio area could have done with sun beds/recliners, rather than chairs. The rear is open plan along the back of the terrace so was regularly visited by neighbours walking along. That meant there was no privacy at the rear of the house.

Location was handy for the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants at Latchi. Friendly host who responded quickly to any queries – the bag of fruit left on the door handle was a lovely bonus!

It was unexpectedly early checkout time, 10 am. Everything else was great.

Good location, close to the see and some restaurants. Really big TV screen. Coffee maker with some coffee were so great.

It was very spacious and very clean, well decorated. It was also a comfortable place to work. The backyard is very charming as well.

The only issue was the shower water pressure. This seems to be an issue in all ratings.

location was fantastic! Host was very helpful and helped us out immediately with locking the keys inside the apartment. Patio area was a bonus, very friendly neighbours . we have not complaints .

There was no water pressure in the shower however the downstairs outside shower was amazing so for the hot temperatures perfect. I highly recommend this lovely place.

The location is amazing. The owners left us a welcoming gift which was so nice and dropped off some fruit for us to taste. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of space inside and out.

The water pressure in the shower is an issue. It trickles out which is not enough to wash your hair for example

Loved everything, lovely house and decor, all facilities included (washing powder was particularly helpful!). Location is fab, car park area too. The flat faces the beach, which has an outdoor gym area. The flat was clean and spacious, ideal for a family. Netflix was set up and the patio/balcony area was great, with tables, barbecue and outdoor shower. Very comfortable, would definitely come back!

The spiral stairs might not be good for very young children or elderly people. My mum who lives in Cyprus and visited us wouldn't walk up them them. The shower could be a little better, not great pressure and if you didn't make sure the curtain was inside the shower tray, the water ran across the landing at the top of the stairs and dripped down. There is a cold outside shower which will be great when coming back from the beach on a hot day though.

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were lucky that they were just finishing cleaning on our arrival so we had no problem with keys. Very clean and bright, towels and extra blankets if needed, lovely little touches of décor around the place. Coffee and cleaning stuff left for use and a handy washing machine for towels etc. The outdoor space was lovely to sit in the evenings. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the harbour. We hired a car and there was plenty of parking but there is a bus stop right opposite too.

Coat hanger in the hallway is needed - none at the moment. But that was not a problem - we used chair ;)

Apartment was placed almost next to the sea - we had to cross the road only. 5 min walking distance from Lathi harbor, restaurants. Good big store for shopping - 5 min car driving (towards Polis). General - vary spacious and comfortable apartment with all necessary facilities. Everything was as described on the website. At the back of the house there is a small garden with lemon and orange tree, gives nice shadow. The apartment is really sunny, with balconies, chairs etc. We recommend it for families with kids (2 slipping room: 1 king size bed + 2 single beds). Enough space for luggage in wardrobes.

The house is nice. it is across the road from a brown sand/ rocky beach and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

Shower had little power. Heating stopped working the day before we left and weather exceptionally cold Thought second bedroom very small and no wardrobe space. Had to phone owner for correct number for key lock Spiral stairs as shown in property pictures but not easy for suitcases
