The service, the staff, the location. Everything was great! I highly recommend this place! This will be my Limassol house for every time I'm visiting again.

When we arrived we were told they had double booked our room, even though it had been prepaid. They did rearrange for another hotel, however no breakfast was included in the other hotel and the standard was very low.

Nice of the staff to book us another hotel and arrange for a taxi to get us there.

Hotel management was great. I lost a bank card, and the owner tried his best with a help of finding it. Patiently & amicably. They also agreed to store our bags with no additional fee.

There was no hot water during our stay which was not a major issue for two males with bald heads but guess could be an issue for those who need to wash and dry their hair. The TV had a Euro plug but the whole room is fitted with UK sockets so we could not watch TV which again was not an issue for us during our stay There was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea & coffee so not really sure of its purpose

The location was superb, right in the centre of the old town with easy walking to all shops, bars and restaurants. The lobby and entrance to hotel was very nice with original features and staircase to rooms.

-Cigarette fumes came in the room a couple of times a night, both nights, although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The fumes seemed to come from inside the building rather than outdoors.

+Location was very good for most touristic activities and sights, restaurants, bars and such. +It's a good-for-a-few-nights basic stay in a safe neighborhood.

It's right next to a noisy club, there's no lift and there were noisy neighbours.

The hotel's in a great location if you're visiting the old town or Annexartisias shopping street.

Shower facility - curtain in the sower room always was blowing towards shower which was annoying in first couple days. Noticed that water occassianly is not reaching hot temperature and shower head preasure was too fine which gave unpleasent feeling while showering. Havent seen microvave in the room , but i am sure if you would request they would manage to heat it up for you.(meybe just me being picky ;) Hair dryer was attached in to the shelf which limited comfortably to use it. Iron available - unfortunatelly no iron board ( i did ironing on the table - which was a bit of challenge ) Even with this the stay was great all way through.

Great location , in 5 minutes can reach mol , famous marin restourants , seaside depends which side you go. Cafe dowstairs fresh made food + good coffe (friendly staff and people overall). Variation of diffrent shops with affordable prices. Good size room where you can commfortably rest. Every request on reception was dealt immediatly and every time sucessfuly ( Stelios thank you for the charger ;)

Loction is amazing. 2 minutes from the city center and promenade. Manager helped to find a parking spot and allowed us to keep the car for a few hours extra after we checked out, to have some walking around the next day.

The room facilities are very very poor. I'm quite ascetic but these conditions were far below affordable for these days. One lamp wasnt working; very loud toilet water refilling; bed and sofa are realy "dead" - uneven, with "holes and bumbs" within. Towel for feet was so grey that it was disquisting to even stand on it (photo). There was no warm water at all and separate mini heating machine wasn't working properly and I had to install to try it myself (photo). Shower water went like from a fan: only "splashing air". Working desk with the chair was just for the view as it was completely impossible to sit in front of the table as they are placed "joint to the joint" (photo).

Near the beach. But it's important to take into account that there is nothing special in that area and it's quite empty from tourist perspective. Sops and restaurants are very condensed there. Anyway you will need to know where to walk.

Cleaning process should be improved

We had a problem with the room and they assigned us another one. The second room was bigger and comfortable. We want to thanks Julius for his help, proactive response to solve the problem and his kindness. Staff was helpful, position of the hotel, private parking.

Shutting and securing the sliding door of the bathroom proved to be a challenge.

Its central location allowed easy access to the marina, the market place, and various other areas by foot. The staff members were incredibly friendly and delightful.

I don’t have anything to be honest but I think the water pressure is very low in shower.

Location is the best and if you’re looking for short stay its the best place to be. Staffs are very friendly and the host himself he’s amazing.
