Could not pay in advance, and could not lock in euro rate so costs went up excessively when sterling depreciated. House wine was poor and alternatives were expensive.

My only regret was not springing for a better room. We got the deluxe "sea-side" room, which had a few of the parking lot and if you craned your head to the side only then could you see a sliver of the ocean. That was a bummer.

Pool was excellent. My two year old had the best time.

I think children 12 plus should be allowed in the gym with an adult. Not allowing them means the parents can’t go to the gym.

The sunbed allocation is unreasonable - it is predetermined and not according to free use, which sometimes causes families and friends seperation, even if there are free sunbeds.

Amazing hotel if you travel with kids. It’s a real family place. I was surprised the hotel provided kids natural toiletries, also kids slippers, robes. It’s a first vacation with kids where we actually relaxed. Kids were happy to play at kids club while watched by the staff

Evening drinks service times can be lengthy to even see a member of staff. 3 or 4 waiters for a hundred or more people in most bars is enough but for some reason here it never seems enough.

I loved pretty much everything about this place. Specifically the staff are great. The food is varied and lots of choice. Dining options are just perfect I wish we had the chance to do them all once.

Extremely disappointed on arrival to be told that all a la carte restaurants were fully booked for the duration of our stay & similarly no sun loungers available for the necessary allocation of loungers on arrival

if I had to be picky, attention to detail, on the side there’s a public car park can be seen, not a pretty sight, all needs to be done is planting some greenery/flowers and you won’t even know it’s there

We expected a several better hotel (Booking rating 9.1), before arrival we were at another location and in another hotel that we were most surprised by it (Booking rating 8.1). In this hotel we were disturbed by some details that should not be happening: - loud wedding music - clogged toilet - torn bedding - confusion when booking deck chairs

Being picky with my remarks.. Evening entertainment could have been more current Lillies on the table on the stairs makes it smell like moth balls. No information to day to day activities in room. And display boards only displayed children's activities I would of like' d more choice of canapés, as they were just mouse based. Disappointed had to book beds around pool that we did not get any, but grass beds were good with beach views. Not enough cutlery on table to the amount of potential courses of food. .

By the beach. Varied and huge selection of food. Good location. Nice staff. All in all had a very good time and one of the best Holidays we all had.
