I was able to enjoy the perks of all-inclusive. Meal choices were abundant, and the food was really good. The indoor pool was perfect and not crowded at all. Our room was large and comfortable, equipped with fresh fruit and a fully stocked refrigerator at all times.

Just minor thing- Michelin chefs, as they are positioned, should try food at Captains deck- meat overcooked, not seasoned, dry. No local fish or seafood, like calamary,

We liked everything. Dining was very good, drinks were of high quality. Parasols were allocated by the staff the first day- ideal for staying in the beachfront hotel, no rush for the first lines or so. American restaurant serves one of the best burgers we tried. Main restaurant serves quality food, but could be more fish and sea food. Many swimming pools, but not heated, so were cold during our stay. Inside pool quite small. SPA massages were carried out by high level personell, but You have to book them even before Your arrival, otherwise fully booked. Would definately come again and reccomend to everybody.

Service in the buffet restaurant and the you & me bar wasn't great. In the bar we waited over 20 minutes for a drink on a few occasions. In the buffet restaurant the staff were slow at clearing tables and didn't look happy. We did however speak to the Operations manager and the restaurant manager about this and I'm sure they will address the poor service.

The place is beautiful. A slice of paradise. The food and the ambiance is perfect. The room was huge (fisherman's terrace). Antonis in the main restaurant is an absolute credit to the hotel and quite possibly the best member of staff there. He's so smiley, happy and seems to thoroughly enjoy his job. The beds are some of the comfiest I've ever slept on. The room was huge, lots of space.

Couldn't get in alacarte restaurants it was a special occasion so disappointed not keen on buffet like to be waited on.Furniture in inside lounge area dated and not comfortable.

All Inclusive - offered a large variety of really great food and drink options. Food was tasty and cocktails were excellent quality. The room was spacious with comfy beds. Most hotel staff were attentive and polite.

Indoor pool a little small (but this is a minor niggle, because the outside pool was huge and the beach very close by).

The hotel was wonderful in every aspect. Spotlessly clean and looks newly renovated. Very fast and efficient check in, lovely spacious rooms (we were in 3108 which had a pool and side sea view). Fantastic breakfast buffet choice. The breakfast omelette and eggs Benedict were lovely. Buffet lunch and dinner were also excellent. Lots of variety and nicely cooked. The Italian restaurant Garibaldi was fantastic and highly recommended. Spa and indoor pool were great (indoor pool a bit small if too many people are in there), lots of outside pool choice and no issues with the availability of towels or loungers, super friendly staff everywhere. We are going to book again for next year.

The soundproofing of the rooms is very poor, it is impossible to fall asleep in the evening if there is noise in the next room, and you wake up from any noise. It was very stuffy in the room, the air conditioner, unfortunately, did not work for cooling. Although the teen's club offered some kind of daily program, if a child sat down in front of a computer, no one would engage him in doing anything else.

Literally the only tiny complaint would be the Garibaldi. Food wasn't as good there as at the buffet, which was a disappointment. Still very nice experience though.

Food was simply the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. Fresh, great variety and delicious. Drinks the same...huge variety to choose from and all using good quality spirits/mixers. Staff were wonderful.

We loved everything but our room could be quite noisy at busy times in the indoor pool and of an evening when people returned to there rooms but this didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. Also we would have liked to try the Italian restaurant but this was only available on all inclusive 7 night stays. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon x

Although some things weren't available due to it being winter season this did not impact on our stay . We got an upgraded room. Staff were helpful and friendly. The themed nights in the restaurant were excellent with lots of choice. Being seated in the restaurant so not having to fight for a table was fab. The snackeria and rock and roll restaurant offered the option if you didn't fancy the main dining hall and were good. We really enjoyed our stay thank you x

We have ordered a side see view room but have received a parking view room. We asked the receptionist to change it according to our reservation. We have been showed another room which was an inland view agian and have been pressed to accept it. We didn't agree on this as it was a lower category room than we have paid for. Finally we have got offered a side see view room but our check in was one and half hour delayed. Instead of enjoying our holiday straight upon arrival we have been dealing with unfriendly receptionist, Vladimiros who was not willing to allocate us according to our reservaion.

The food was exellent and the restaurant staff was exremely friendly. The room was nicely prepared and the bed was comfortable. The external area was clean and we have been served immediately. We had the best capucciono ever. We really enjoyed the Spa and the reception lady there was a star. All the charm has been killed by not helpful receptionist at the front desk Vladimiros.
