Truly one of the best places, we have ever stayed. The house is very clean but also we could find anything we needed from salt and honey to washing machine and detergent. Marinos (the host) somehow managed to make his place feel really like home. You have everything what you need during your stay, everything is well thought through. The location is also very good, we have explored little villages around, many UNESCO heritage sites in just minutes of drive. Many hikes, rivers, water falls. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. There are enough reviews for Roses Villa - all of them are true. The house is just amazing, well-built, everything works. Simply nothing to complain about. The road to village is very picturesque (10 mins for supermarket, bakery, fruit market). We had a great time and would definitely come back again. 15 mins drive to trails to local waterfalls. BTW, we enjoyed Kaledonia waterfall the most.

There was only one bathroom with a shower, so a bit difficult for 5 persons to have a bath/shower and get ready simultaneously, but that was because we had a family event to attend. Also no air-condition in the living room and since during our stay there was a heatwave, we all had to stay in our rooms after having our shower and getting dressed.

The house was spotless, and very well equipped. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The air-conditions were working very well during the heatwave.

Amazing villa! It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The owner even provided us with a high chair and playpen/crib for the baby. The villa is bigger than you can imagine by photos, it's really spacious. The pool is great and the roses garden is really beautiful. There is a brunch cafe, pharmacy, shop and market not far away from the villa. While the house itself is situated in a very quiet area, the sunsets are heartwarming. Definitely recommend for a trip with family and children.

Everything was amazing.

Exceptional villa. Extremely clean and very well stocked. Amazing vistas. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We could not have hoped for anything more. This was our third visit and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Be ready to drive up a windy road!

We were amazed by the size and location of roses villa. It feels very secluded, but isn't far out of the town. The kitchen had everything we needed and the supermarket wasn't far away. Check in was easy and Marinos was lovely and helpful. The villa is very spacious and the view is fabulous. The roses in the garden also smell divine. I can't recommend this strongly enough if you want a few days in the mountains. Getting to troodos and surrounding towns was only a short drive.

Big wonderful house, nice and cozy. Excellent equipment, there is absolutely everything you may need, even electrical adapters. Fantastic, absolutely unobstructed views. Very quiet. Fast internet, large private parking. Central effective heating. Marinos, the owner, is very kind and friendly person, excellent communication with him. We arrived late at night, he met us on the main highway and showed the way to the house. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and other stuff. We had really great stay in this place, want to come here again on our next visit to Cyprus.

Marvelous villa. Spacious,clean and fully equipped. A very nice location in a village outskirts. Very friendly hosts, met us in person and explained everything. Lovely place. Highly recommended.

We cooked ourselves every day. There were a lot of equipment, however not very practical for use in the oven, ie no fitted lids. We found the cats a nuisance, we had to keep doors closed to prevent them wandering in.

The host was very good and helpful. We were a bit lost but he drove down to the village to show us the way. The views from the villa were amazing and the space of the villa very large and welcoming.

Everything was great but did take a little getting used to driving through the narrow lanes. The master bedroom is very nice but if you are tall may be worth doing the other bedroom as my feet kept hitting the wood.

Pool and view are amazing. Large house with everything you would need. A little farmers market and decent grocery store nearby. In the middle of a variety of sights so very convenient. Great patio for relaxing and eating.

Nothing to not like

I was a little apprehensive about staying in a villa of this size on my own but I needn't have worried as the area felt very safe and the villa itself was very secure, spacious and overall really lovely. A great place to chill and enjoy the marvelous views right on up to the Troodos mountains. The villa was fully equipped plus there was plenty of coffee, tea, soft drinks and even some wine (although I didn't drink it). Marinos went out of his way to explain everything on my arrival and sent me his whatsapp details in case I needed anything else during my stay. All in all a gorgeous villa at super value - hope to return one day. :-)
