There is no microwave and hot water at the sink and kitchen sink (only at the shower).

The location is perfect. We were allowed to check-in at noon and check-out at 4pm without surcharge.

There is no food in the place, there is a kitchen with two electric stoves. There are dishes and a sum and also glasses and glasses of wine... we did not use but brought our own. They provide dish soap and Scotch. and so….

The location was very good, close to the main streets and the beach. We also did a trip to Nikcosia - Bus station therefore is also very near. Friendly staff that was always willing to help.

Shower was very small, water pressure could have been stronger, temperature was adjustable but setting 1 was not warm enough but setting 2 was a bit too hot, & couldn't change the angle of the shower head.

Location was great - 5min walk from the beach & from friend's house Low cost - basic but suitable for what I needed which was just a place to sleep as I was travelling alone Was allowed to leave my luggage there during the day after check-out as I had an evening flight

Nothing, i liked it all..

As soon as i arrived in a taxi i didnt like the look, or location, of the hotel, but after a short time i was pleasantly pleased with it all.. There`s a fella named Samuel who appears to deal with everything, he answered every question, query, and request that i asked of him, he really was/is a diamond.. The hotel location was brilliant, with loads of shops etc, and when it was night time i felt safe in the area despite my advancing age, and limited physical capabilities, everything was good. Ohh, one more thing i think i should add for other guests, the plug sockets in my room were all uk ones, meaning i didn`t have to use me euro adapter plugs..

Low water pressure, small balcony where the AC ventilator constantly blows air to your face and makes the stay there impossible during the day, at night it is okay.

Nice building, but the apartment was really depressing. I guess for the small price and nice location you have to expect that the room will be a little bit sad. So for the price it was okay.

Definitely cleaning needs to be improved. I am aware that it is difficult to clean a room between check out and another check in, but they could do better. The room overall looked like it was just quickly tidied up, definitely needs a deep cleaning. Also we didn't have a toaster as we expected, but it was not an issue, we survived without eating toast😊

The hotel is very close to the beach promenade and is very quiet by night. Sometimes noises from the street will wake you up, but that is not a thing the hotel can control. It was exactly what we were looking for, we needed a place to sleep not to a place to chill and lounge, so it was okay for what we wanted. There is a washing machine and a dryer ( you don't need that during hot summertime, the laundry airer rack is more than enough as they dry almost instantly) you can use at anytime. The staff is also very kind and helpful, open to any problems you might have, great job Sir!

The shower has a heating mechanism and the lowest setting was too hot. Also the curtain didn't reach low enough and resulted in a very wet floor. But everything else was really good

It is a perfect central location in Larnaca, and in spite of this, it is a very cosy, quiet place. The communication with the owner was great ! The room is spacious , clean, and has everything necessary for a stay . The free parking is just opposite the house! The best advantage!!!! Thank you !

Bathroom is very crowded and absolutely needs remodelling..It also floods easily. The place could offer cleaning for the rooms for guests during their stays. Couldn’t use a lot of electronic devices even with an adapter (the kettle in the room, hair dryer..)

The staff and host accommodated to our needs and change of plans which we really appreciate. Easy check in and check out. Staff (Samuel I think is his name? Sorry if i’m wrong :)) is very helpful even when he is busy, he is a cool and very polite guy! The location is amazing. Everything is close by foot. Quiet neighbourhood and building. Good air conditioning. There is a washing machine and dryer on site which is very practical if you’re here for a long stay. The cats from the neighbourhood are also very friendly and always greeted us (even if we disturbed their nap) :)

I don't think someone came to do a proper cleaning in a while, just probably quick tidying up. There weren't major things but dust and fingerprints, coffee/tea marks on cupboards, sticky, not so clean doorhandles. The quilt didn't have a cover so I don't think is hygienic to use it just like that, there were signs of being used a lot before.

Pictures didn't do justice. The place looked much better in real life than the pictures, well lit, balcony, adaptor. The location is close to everything: airport (there is actuallya bus, €2, every 20 mins that goes stright to airport, cab probably €18-21, 7 minutes journey), restaurants, beach, walking distance. The inside was very welcoming, had everything you need, table, toaster, hob, kettle, cutlery, pans.

It’s funny that the room had equipment that wouldn’t work without an adapter, the kettle for instance. Samuel had adapters at hand, fortunately, but it is still funny.
