Beautiful, modern house, perfect for a family of 4, in a quiet area, at the perfect location, not far from the city centre. Loved every minute of it. The children realy enjoyed the pool and the adults the peacefulness of the house.

The villa is new and modern. Full functional with kitchen. But the sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable, even not flat. But my son can sleep in any of the conditions. Don’t think adults can sleep on this sofa. And the living floor had the leaking for 2 days, full of the water on the floor in the morning, was very slippery. Luckily nobody felled. The responding of the host was very quick, someone came to cleaned floor, and check, even helped to wash and dried our clothes. No more leaking on third day. I suggest to have more hanger on the grand floor , specifically this season, we need to wear jacket, and no hanger for towel either. I don’t know how to describe the location, it’s a small town, but you need a car, the public transportation is not good in Cyprus.

Some parts of the villa seem to need attention, door in downstairs bathroom not closing for example. And there should be a welcome card inside explaining some things. For example to get water pressure you need to flip a switch located at the first floor. Until we realised we were struggling with very low water flow.

Comfortable villa, very clean. Plain decor but did not bother us, it is very convinient for visiting Pafos. You do need a car though, any other way will be difficult or expensive. Owner is very helpful.

Taxi drivers had trouble finding it but Mikes taxis now have the location shared in their group what’s app if you want to use that firm.

The property was modern and clean. It has everything we needed including air conditioning. The pool was a lovely bonus with outside seating. Staff were so quick to respond to any questions. It was close to where we needed to be.

Certain areas feel a little sparse/un finished and the adjoining walls could offer more privacy from neighbours.

Pool was fantastic, and the villa had everything we needed. Staff/host were brilliant when required.

Very minimal, just missing some personal touches. There's no mirrors/ dressing tables/TV in any bedroom. Definitely need atleast a mirror in the bedroom. Only a 2 seater sofa in the living room (there's 3 other chairs, 2 of which are not comfortable) Maybe a rug, some cushions and wall art would help soften the cold interior and make it more welcoming & comfortable.

There are mirrors in the bathrooms and no power socket nearby to plug in a hairdryer/straighteners. Mirrors in the bedroom would be a welcome addition. No room safes as yet in the property.

Fantastic pool and excellent air conditioning. Xenios was a superb host who gave good suggestions for restaurants and also responded to queries immediately. Bedrooms and beds were a good size. Immaculate property. Really good wifi too.

Maybe some more kitchen utensils such as chopping board, mugs for tea and coffee machine would be make a big difference.

Xenios was very friendly and extremely helpful! We also received a bottle of local Wine as Gift :-) The villa was amazing and we will def come back again! Cyprus is even better than greece Islands (also not that touristy)
