The pictures of our room was different and the most important info is that its family hotel with a lot of small children. If you have a children, its fine, but not with friends, it our misstake we didnt read abou this most important information.

The staff in Vala restaurant, specialy woman from Litvia was very nice and kindly.

Make sure you don’t book the old rooms! Renovated ones are not so much more expensive, but from I understand there is a lot of issues with the old rooms (water pressure, no hot water, looking very old) Breakfast is average Water slide open only 2 hours per day

We had an amazing vacation at the Adams beach hotel! The location is unbeatable, just on nissi beach but also with its own private beach There is a bunch of very nice pools and a lady river There are also cute water slides (but opened only two hours a day) I booked renovated rooms which were nice even though they looked smaller than on the picture Check in and check out were fine The restaurant by the beach is really good

I booked sea view room, and yes, it was indeed the sea view but from the side and with the parking downstairs. So I was a bit disappointed - very often it happened to me that I didn't get what I expected when I was making the booking.

The hotel is very nice and clean, located in the best beach of this area. The room was new and clean.

The hotel is very dated. I wouldn’t rate it as a 5*. Staff weren’t very friendly. Never got taken on a tour of hotel - even though we were told we would. Staff member just disappeared. All restaurants were closed except the buffet which was not communicated when we made the booking or when we checked in Pools were extremely cold - kids would hardly get in due to the temperature. Drinks and food extremely overpriced

Location was great! Far enough away from the Ayia Napa madness but great for a walk when we wanted. Ce bath the whole way and surrounded by many great restaurants Sides for the kids were really good Life guards were great - very observant!

The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, defiantly not aligned with the price. The AC at the room worked poorly or didn't work at all, and at certain hours, I couldn't lower the temperature below 26 degrees. Even after telling the hotel staff about the AC problem, it wasn't fixed.

The pool area is great. I will the slide would be open more than two hours a day. The overall location is amazing.

Some staff were rude, non-engaging and full of self importance. Room pillows are very hard and big. I normally need a thin pillow and struggled to sleep as there was no option to vary thickness, both pillows were extremely hard and bulky.. Other than that, amazing place.

Facilities, pool, food, and staff were all excellent (except the pool towel attendant who was full of self-importance and generally rude and above everyone else)

We booked a superior room for 2 adults and 2 kids and it is tiny! You can barely stand with all the added beds. It looks nothing like the sketch! We complained and were moved to a family room which looks much more like the sketch and that room was good.

Beautiful beach and pool area. Breakfast is abundant and with lots of options. Family room is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The double shower is super cool. The hotel allows you to use the facilities even after check out, and have a great shower/change room that you can use before you leave. They provide fresh towels and toiletries as well.

Overcrowded. Line for breakfast in the morning, line to check in, line to check out, not less than 20minutes. No place to sit to the pool, had to look for a long time. We ordered coffee it arrived after 45 minutes. Generally the hotel was for sure overbooked and the staff was too little.

Dining prices were quite high and a number of places were either under construction or not available, staff could have been friendlier

Great Hotel and decent facilities, nice private beach and good restaurant choice though the restaurant's were quite pricey. Very good spa with great facilities there also

Booked a more expensive room with a sea view. No view, only roofs of some premises and a glimpse of the sea far far away. The room was very basic though spacious.

Staff was extremely helpful. Helped to arranged the payment in advance via link, as the stay was a gift to my mom.

Some things are a bit complicated, for example access to beach towels and the beach beds are hard to come by. The check in and check out are painfully slow.
