Grass wasn't comfortable without wearing shoes but that's being hyper picky. Overall, I would highly recommended this Villa.

The bathroom was spacious and had a good range of cupboards but the shower cubicle is in need of updating although it was fine and worked well, the kitchen was fine for basic cooking and everything was beautifully clean including a spotless oven but some items, like a chopping board and small saucepan would be helpful for basic meal prep.

The property had an air of charm and was very welcoming to return to after days relaxing by the sea. Good location, fantastic pool and poolside area with plenty of space for dining, relaxing or if you prefer shade, both sun and shade areas.

Thank you very much for the stay, we enjoyed it. The most pet friendly space in Pissouri, very neat, no smells, no dust. Allergy approved. The place is very quiet, nice picturesque nature around the house. Clear water in the swimming pool every day.

Not that we didn't like but maybe some helpful observations. There could be more information about the villa- info pack maybe or something electronic. However Theodoros was very responsive to any questions we had. The villa had all we needed for our stay (except enough hangers ;), just felt a little dated. A cover for the pool would help to keep it free of natural debris

The Villa is on the Main Road into Pissouri Bay, about 2km, a doable walk in cooler weather, but we were fortunate to have glorious weather and therefore chose to travel in by car. The lounge area was roomy and the outdoor facilities were pleasant. The pool is a good size and was cleaned 3 or 4 times while we were there, which was needed as leaves and bugs seemed very much attracted to the pool. Air conditioning throughout the Villa (except the bathroom) was well used during our stay. Theodoros responded to any questions we had very quickly. Nesting Swallows above the rear patio area and by the front door were very entertaining if a little 'messy'.

No travel cot or high chair, but this is just something to keep in mind when staying with young children.

The property is really beautiful, a lovely private pool, and a wonderful well equipped garden. The inside is also great and has two beautiful bedrooms with extra sleeping space above the living room. Air-conditioned throughout. The extras on the TV are a real bonus, as well as wine and sweets on arrival. Loved the shower and the one by the pool. The BBQ and pizza oven were great, and the owner couldn't have done enough to help, responding really quickly and even sending people over when there was any issues. Parking is perfect and the automatic lights make it super easy when coming back after dark. Perfect stay.

The villa was characterful, clean on arrival, which included a gift of wine and fruit from the owner. Theodoros was friendly, responsive and accommodated all our requests for extra bits and pieces. The pool was refreshing and lovely; the large garden a special asset to the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen has basic equipment. The host was very nice and took care of us. The most amazing is spacious garden with quite big swimming pool. There were wooden furniture so it was nice to relax by the pool. The only negative is that the house is situated by the road where cars drive fast and you can hear them sometimes (but when you're enjoing pool you forget about it;) Don't forget to bring sth for mosquitoes.

Everything was perfect! We stayed 2 nights/3 days. We talked on the phone with the owner several times, he was calling us to see if everything was ok! The house was clean, the pool was clean, the pool boy came the second day to check and to clean the pool. Quiet neighbourhood to relax by the pool all day ;) For sure we will book the villa again!

The 2 single beds are not in an actual room but in a loft on top of the living room so since it's an open area I wouldn't count it as an extra room. The house wasn't vey clean and full of spider webs. There weren't enough towels to use both for the pool and the bath for the 6 people that we were staying there.

The kitchen has basic equipment. The host was nice and tried to help with whatever we needed. Very spacious garden garden with a big pool
