The sofa is ok, but heavily used. There are no keys to lock the bathroom when inside.

Great location, literally 5 minutes relaxed walk to the sea, to the right side of Coral Bay beach. Sauna, jacuzzi and massage chair were in good condition.

The pool was cloudly when we arrived. The pool heating was a little pricey. The clouldy pool was resolved by the owners quickly though. Kitchen was abit light on utensils such as no proper frying pan. Alittle worn in places but didnt ruin the experience. The local restaurants (ones in walking distance) are overpriced and food quality is abit meh. Best to drive to the village in land for better prices and quality.

Spacious 3 double bedroom villa, one with ensuite and an additional 4th room on a 2nd floor with 2 small single bed suitable for children. It has a large basement with a pool table, massage machine, sauna, jacuzzi and outside a private heated pool. Easy self service check in and check out and attentive service. Location is great right next to Coral bay beach. Theres a very large supermarket is a few minutes drive and a local supermarket and Kiosk is 2 mins walk. Theres also a A&E a few houses away. Peyia village is less than minutes drive for proper local tavernas. The zoo is also 10minutes drive but theres a bus service 1 min away taking you there or the other direction. A cot was provided for my 2 year omd son. This was pretty large so suitable for a growing toddler. Air con was quiet and silent. And the rooms could be made nice a dark or bright with great blinds.

Staying in Coralli Villas definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is big with enough space to host 1 big or 2 smaller families. It is very will equipped: has an excellent swimming pool (about 3 x 8m large), pool table, hot tub, sauna, TV set and and a standalone grill.

Villa is outdated, tile floor everywhere. We don’t have hot water in the evening, even we are just 2 with small kid. parking are was quite tricky as need to get out on the street

Location is great, just next to beach. House was big, outside area is nice with pool, fruit trees and bbq area, we liked outside shower. Quiet place. On last floor you have open space, you can see sunrise. Ground floor had spa zone, which we used each evening. Aircons worked well in each toom

THe 4th bedroom was not an actual bedroom, and as we arrived 4 couples, it was a bit annoying. However, the owner provided some refund and gave some extra drinks/sweets so the situation was handled very well. Since then the description has been amended and despite of our "surprise" we consider that the villa is a very good and highly recommended accomodation.

Great Villa at a perfect location to reach out beach, restaureant, supermarket etc. we really liked it and we would recommend this villa and book it again next time!

Like in some other reviews, the house is in need of some tender loving care (TLC)! It is a great house, but feels as if it could benefit from some updating / repairing / decorating. For example, some of the drainage tiles around the swimming pool are chipped or missing. The kitchen cupboards feel sticky, and need a good clean. And little things, like some of the billiards/pool equipment needs fixing. Whilst we were there, we had issues with the electricity. There was also a leak from the water tank on the roof, which needed to be replaced. I have to admit though, that when things needs to be fixed, the Property Manager was quick to respond.

The house is very big, and could easily accommodate two families. We were a family of 4, so had plenty of space!

This villa must have once upon a time been really luxurious - most surfaces are covered with marble! Unfortunately however the overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness (broken fridge seal, damp, mouldy bathrooms, shower heads and taps covered in limescale, shower drain blocked, dirty toilet brushes left out, etc... ) left us feeling disappointed. Especially so considering we take a lot of care to read reviews and research carefully where to stay. Netflix is also not provided despite being advertised. This place, with such a lovely outdoor area, could be an amazing place to stay. In our opinion, at the moment it is suitable for stag/hen parties, but not for a luxury family holiday. It really needs shutting to guests for a couple of months so that proper maintenance and updating can take place - it needs a bit of love to restore it to it's former glory

The outdoor area, including BBQ and swimming pool is fantastic. The Sauna is also a welcome bonus. Location, although touristy, is okay: walking distance from the beach and a supermarket. The host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Because of this, we are disappointed to have to leave what is overall a quite critical review, however we felt as though our overall stay didn't match the luxury billing, so we want to help other guests avoid such disappointment
