Very cozy, stylish and beautiful villa, you have everything what you need there. I’m in love with the view, very peaceful and relaxing It’s so nice that there is a fireplace, and bbq. Also bed was so comfortable and soft

The title says it - from premium amenities, kitchen utensils, props, lightning, even a pen - everything except the dishwasher, which was perfectly working, but not premium :) - the entire villa was totally clean - if you arrive late, there was enough food for a first breakfast in the fridge - the pool was and stayed clean for 5 days without having to cover or clean it - the view from terrace is visible on the photos, but the villa layout is very smart so you can enjoy views from almost every room without sacrificing privacy - privacy and silence - the owner responds quickly on the phone + should you need any assistance (we didnt, so not tested), his sister lives 2 minutes away - we were allowed a very late checkout until 1400 free of charge due to our plane was scheduled late. A few thing to note (it doesnt feel fair to put these into the dislike part, because I didnt dislike any of them): - the pool was not heated. I enjoyed the refreshing water in the pool almost every morning, however some people might consider the water a bit cold in November (maybe it is optionally possible to heat but as I said, for me it was perfect) - as the name suggests, the view comes at a cost - on colder windy days, the terrace and pool might be less comfortable. During our stay only 1 day was a bit of wind and none were cold in November - rental car is essential

It’s hard to be critical as the villa is so nice but to enhance the stay a folder with information about the villa, the area, and how to operate the washing machine, cooker dish washer etc would be very useful. The other thing that we would like to see is the pool being heated, even for an extra charge, as the villa shades the pool most of the day and never really warms up. I know many people wouldn’t mind this but for us, and my daughter and family who stayed there in June, felt the same. However I would go back in a ‘heartbeat’ even if these couple of things were the same.

The villa is beautifully appointed and is furnished to a very high standard. Beds are super comfortable and if you like quiet, this is the villa for you! Andrea and Gregory, the owners, are very nice people to deal with and are really friendly and courteous.

It would have been better if the bed sheets had been changed after a week and we had had fresh towels also.

A wonderful villa! Highly recommended Very clean, widy, a great and very clean private pool. Seems like they thought of every detail. Our family (with 3 kids) stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are big, the beds were very comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful

Very comfortable villa for four adults and three children....epic sunsets every night..... beautifully clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. Met on site by owners parents who showed us around and ensured a smooth stay

We had some troubles to start the oven, but with a little patience it worked as well.

At arrival, we already had cold beer, coca cola, wine and water in the fridge and could enjoy a beautiful fruit plate. The pool was cleaned almost daily. Alle three rooms are comparable with own bathroom. The light installations in the whole house was very impressive and delightful

kitchen needs more equipment , we like to cook so it could do with more kitchen utensils. however if you are not holiday cooks it is fine. plastic glasses for poolside would be good to have.

location and views owners are loverly and so helpful house is beautiful and with many extras we didn’t expect. Welcome pack in the kitchen and toiletries. it’s a very relaxing place with amazing views and off the beaten track.

We loved everything nothing negative to say at all.

We loved everything about this house! The outside is just spectacular but wow inside is something else. It’s made to such high specifications, everything is new and very high quality. All the kitchen utensils and machines are amazing, clean and high quality. The beds are comfy and again, very high quality bedding and comforters. The showers and bathrooms are all en-suite (there are 3 bedrooms, two on the top floor and the master on the lower floor) and surprisingly private and also open plan - very clever design. All bedrooms have a balcony and seating area. The pool has fantastic quality sun loungers and shade area. Dont get me started on the view 😍 There are Tv’s in all rooms and the living room. We even logged into our own Netflix account so the kids could watch programmes in the evenings. We always stay in Pissouri and would happily return to stay here anytime in the future if it’s available.

It was all days very windy, I think because of the location. But view makes up it.

Perfect Villa to spend time and to observe wonderful view of Cape Aspro. Three luxurious bedrooms with very comfortable bed mattress to have sweet dreams every night. You will find there everything You need to have best relaxing time!

I’m the first person who enter this property as it’s new in the market and I can tell you nothing was missing they think about everything oup maybe a microwave will be most welcome otherwise it was better than a 5 start hotel honestly I’m living in Dubaï and it’s difficult to be impressed but really that Proprety is fabulous Clean quiet really I can’t tell you that you will feel like being in a five start hotel I love the technology switches for the lighting and most important the house is totally secure by full alarm

The location was beautiful. We had a wonderful view over the mountains. The pool was very good and we enjoyed the time in that villa.

The bedrooms are large but the bathrooms are incorporated into the room with separate cubicles for each of the shower and toilet. This reduced privacy and was not to our taste. Switching for the lights is also confusing, there are multiple switch pads all around the Villa some of which switched on outside lights which could not be seen from inside. One of the light switches behind the microwave in the small kitchen area controlled the extractor unti above the hob: it took some time to find this. Due to the west facing location there is little outside shade during the day however the orientation meant fantastic views and sunsets.

The hosts parents met us at the Villa, showed us around and handed over the keys. They also provided basic essentials like bread and milk. For us the location and uninterupted sea views were the key to chosing the Villa and we were not disappointed: sunsets were fantastic. The Villa is easily accessible from the motorway, near numerous restaurants (Michael's Steak House is less than 1 km away) in Pissouri Village and Bay. There is a good size supermarket just off the motorway virtually on the way to the Villa.

The villa is beautiful inside and outside and is truly worth every penny we spent. we have just enjoyed a ten day stay as a family and had a fabulous time. the owners was on hand for anything we needed could not recommend highly enough.
